Join Us for the return to the 'Spokane Festival of Speed' at Qlispe' Raceway Park (formerly known as Spokane County Raceway)! June 6-8, 2025.
This is a 3-day event. Friday Test-n-Tune will be operated by Turn 2 (register separately). Racing will take place on Saturday and Sunday.

Time flies when you're having fun, and for the 12th year, the Spokane Festival of Speed offers a Friday Test-n-Tune and two days of vintage racing activities east of the mountains. Please join us at Qlispe' Raceway Park, the Kalispel Tribe’s raceway, a track that is continually being upgraded for our racers to have a full weekend of activities starting early Friday morning.
Many of our racers travel from west of the mountains, but this event provides those from Idaho, Montana, and even Alberta with an event closer to home.
After the Test-n-Tune on Friday, fuel up the car and jump back in with your favorite companion for the Race Car Tour. This tour takes place on a public road from the track to downtown Spokane Riverfront Park for an exhibition, returning to the track before dark. This event in the heart of Spokane is a great chance to enjoy the park, show off your car, and explain vintage racing to an eager audience.
Race Pricing:
- 2 Days Racing – Saturday & Sunday
- Early Bird Price: $450 (ends May 22nd - same great price as 2022)
- Discounted Price: $550 (May 23rd - June 1st)
- Full Price: $600 (after June 1st)

Paper Entry: Pending – Do NOT mail paper forms after May 30th, contact the registrar and bring completed forms to the track.
Online registration closes on June 1st. To register after this date, please contact SOVREN Registrar, Sherri Masterson. (After online registration closes, the race price increases to $600.)
Each race group will have multiple races during the weekend plus qualifying, providing plenty of track time.

Note: Even if you pre-pay, you MUST go to the on-site registration booth to check in and receive your credentials for the event.

- SOVREN Members attending as Spectators MUST come through Registration or pay admission at the gate.

Driver Orientation: The new driver
- We understand that many drivers have years of experience in other clubs, venues, and circuits and hold appropriate licenses and are either new to Vintage racing, or new to SOVREN. This program, gives insight information to how SOVREN approaches Vintage Racing concepts, on track expectations, and conduct in the Vintage Spirit.
- Our Orientation program is designed to meet the needs of the new driver (just completing the competition licensing process) the very experienced driver new to SOVREN/Vintage racing or returning driver to racing.

- You will need a prepared car, a current competition license or accredited racing school certificate, and a current medical form completed.
- ProFormance Racing School has two dates before Spring Sprints: March 29-30 and April 23-24.Contact the school for other dates available in the year.
- A Driver just returning to racing will need current lapping/tracl time experience prior to entering the orientation program.

Event requirements
Membership Requirements:
- Each driver must hold a valid, current, recognized full competition license to race with SOVREN. To obtain your SOVREN Competition License, you will need a Racer Membership, current medical, and meet the requirements of experience and competition schools. (See "Drivers New to SOVREN - Orientation" below.)
- We honor all Vintage Motorsports Council (VMC) licenses and current SCCA or IRDC licenses. Please have your expiration date handy when continuing your registration process.
- Each driver must either be a SOVREN Racer Member or purchase a Guest membership for the weekend. A Guest membership is available within the event registration process. An annual membership is available at msreg.com/mem25.
Frontal Head Restraint (FHR) Devices: FHR devices are mandatory with SOVREN.
Cancelation Policy: 2025 Change, details are in the registration form after you push the “Register Now” button.
Cars must be vintage correct, and race prepared. Entrants with vehicles not already on file with SOVREN since 2014 must file a Car Registration Form. ( Paper or Online) Please download a form and follow mailing/emailing directions
