Alpine Mountain Region’s “NO EXCUSES IV” HPDE

Time to get set for another great HPDE experience at Pueblo Motorsports Park (PMP). On May 21-22, we’ll be returning to Pueblo for our fourth annual “No Excuses HPDE, presented by Porsche Colorado Springs.”
Now under new management, PMP is a challenging venue with ten turns and a number of elevation changes and is recognized as one of the premier tracks in the entire region, for both students and experienced drivers alike.
If you’re new to HPDE we’ll have instructors on hand to teach the basics and plenty of seat time to practice what you’ve learned. You’ll be assigned to a run group with your peers, so you won’t be running in the same group as the more experienced drivers.
Once again, our host hotel is the Wingate by Wyndham, 4711 N. Elizabeth St., Pueblo, CO, 81008 (located just off I-25), about 4 miles from the track). The Wingate is offering a special discount rate ($101/room/night, plus tax) for HPDE attendees. When reserving, just ask for the Porsche Club of America rate. The hotel is holding a block of rooms for us at this rate until May 6, so reserve now at 719-586-9000.
Participation has grown dramatically for this event over the last three years, and we expect to reach our maximum capacity this year. For this reason, as well as to allow advance planning to ensure sufficient instructors and to guarantee T-shirt size and availability for each participant, we ask that you register by April 22 on MotorSportReg.com.

Event requirements
TECH Inspection – Pre Tech can be done FREE a week prior to the event. Please try to have your inspection done prior to the event. Tech inspection at the track will be $50 (cash or check only), and as always there is no cost to fully prepped cars without license plates brought in by trailer as well as for those participants residing more than 50 miles from an official tech inspection site.

**Please make sure you have your tech inspection form completely filled out and signed by a valid tech inspector/shop. This is a requirement from PCA national.
Must have for Driving: Helmet at least a SNELL 2005M rating (the club has some loaners), closed shoes, long pants and a long sleeved shirt (both cotton material).
