One vote per family membership. No exceptions --- Per Club Rules
Description: Minimize the voting participation of non-racing HCKC club members regarding revisions to Racing Rules/By-Law changes by requiring a vote to be held in person on a race day only.
Motion to change the following:

D. The vote on whether-or-not to accept the proposed Bylaw change will be held using the MSR Survey and Election system (CY21).
I.MSR survey and election system shall be used in the locked mode to allow for no changes to wording or votes. (CY21)
II.Notices of By-Law voting shall be sent via member texts and email (CY21).
III.Voting will be placed live as soon as feasible and will run for the specific amount of time or 30-days if not stated during the motion. (CY21)

A. The General Membership may at any regular or special meeting submit (preferably in written form) a proposal to amend, repeal, or adopt changes to the rules, the motion if passed will also require the Board of Directors agreement. A. The vote on whether or not to accept the proposed rule change will be held using the MSR Survey and Election system (July 21). 1. MSR survey and election system shall be used in the locked mode to allow for no changes to wording or votes. (July 21) 2. Notices of rule change voting shall be sent via member texts and email (July 21). 3. Voting will be placed live as soon as feasible and will run for the specific amount of time or 30-days if not stated during the motion. (July 21) 4. Results of the rule change will be read in at the next general membership meeting and go into effect at that time. B. Some rule changes may require NKA approval before going into effect
(e.g. class rule changes; engines, weights, slides). B. A printed supplement stating the change(s), must be furnished to the membership prior to its taking effect, unless the board deems it an emergency situation. The current rulebook is in effect for the current calendar year
Change to:
Remove voting online via the MSR Survey and Election system and only allow members present at the track on race day to vote in person following a club meeting.
