Description: The current rule is not friendly to those not in the SA area. Restricts the board from alerting the club to bad weather issues in advance of the race.

HCKC RAIN POLICY:  1.If rain occurred prior to the start of the racing program, then a decision will be made at the following times to determine whether or not to hold the racing program on that date: 6:00 PM –Saturday  Exceptions: If an active severe weather warning is in the New Braunfels and surrounding areas, the race will be cancelled. E.g. –Flood, tornado, severe thunderstorm  (The decision will be based on the ability to start the race program within an hour of the above  times.)

Change to:

Remove.

Default to NKA Policy 10.4.3: Dangerous Conditions
