The event logistics message will be emailed to registered drivers and posted to this webpage about a week before the event. Any changes to the information below will be noted in the logistics message.

Sonoma Raceway has a sound limit of 102.9db at all events.

SA2015 or SA2020 helmets are required for the event. Motorcycle or M helmets are not allowed. Helmets and HANS devices are available for rent in a variety of sizes. We will give drivers until the end of 2025 to get either a 2020 or 2025 helmet.

Vehicles and trailers may be dropped in the paddock after 6:00pm or at such time as directed by the track. If you arrive early, plan to park in Lot 2, which they will direct you to.

Gate opens at 6:30am and check in starts at 7:00am

Garages are available for rent for $100 per garage bay. Can hold 2 cars, nose to tail. Click the box for the garage at the time of registration. Access is available the day of the event, not the night before.

Mandatory driver meetings start at 7:30am, first cars are on track at 8:00am, day ends at 5:00pm

Driver's lunch is included. Guest lunches are available for purchase at the time of driver on-line registration.

Car numbers are mandatory at all tracks. They must be on both sides of the car, at least 6" high, and easily visible to the corner workers. HOD numbers are available for purchase with on-line registration or at the track.

Paddock is allowed by this facility, the time you can enter the paddock may affect setting up early.

A Novice - This run group offers one to one coaching - $699

A Solo - You must have prior track experience and includes Team Coaching - $649

B Intermediate - Passing with point by in limited zones - $549

B Intermediate w/ Team Coaching - $599

C Advanced - This group has open passing with a mandatory point by - $549

D Expert - This is open passing with no point bys required - $549
