You are Registered! Things to remember:

When arriving:

You will need to stop by the MotoAmerica Industry Will Call Office and pick up your vendor passes.
You will not be able to move in and setup in the Vendor Area until after 1pm on Thursday.
You can contact MotoAmerica Point Person via email: vendors@motoamerica.com or ask Registration office to call via radio.
You will be shown where your setup location is in the vendor area, your vehicle cannot stay with your tent or display area...it must be moved to P1 parking.
All electrical needs are the sole responsibility of the EXHIBITOR, including generators, power strips and extension cords. MOTOAMERICA does not provide nor rent generators, power strips and extension cords.

WAIVER PROCESS:

Please submit the Annual MotoAmerica Waiver online here: https://motoamerica.speedwaiver.com/xudys Use of your cell phone is required – please remove your mask for the verification photo. Complete the electronic waiver at the link provided and then come to registration with your ID. *This waiver will require the use of a cell phone. Enable camera access when requested. (the waiver is an annual waiver – it is not necessary to complete more than once per season)
