Team Registration: $1000 per team (1-8 drivers)
Entry Cap: 15 teams

Event Rules and Schedule:

Schedule and Format:

Check-in: 12:00 pm

30 minute Practice/5 minute Qualifying: 1:20 pm

4 hour race start: 2:00pm

Race finish: 6:00 pm

Podium Celebration: 6:15 pm

Pit Stops:

10 minimum pit stops. Pit stops will not be timed, but each kart must drive through the pits in a controlled manner, come to a safe and complete stop before the driver exits the kart. Drivers must have their seat belt buckled before the kart moves. ANY violation to these rules will result in a 1 lap penalty.

Kart Swaps:

Each team will be allowed to swap their kart once during practice for performance reasons. Teams that have mechanical failures will be given a new kart and their time lost will be added back in. There will be a halfway red flag, during which all the karts will be refueled before resuming the race. The clock will continue to run during the halfway refueling break.

Weights:

We will provide weight ballasts for those under the weight minimum. The weight minimum is 200lbs with all your gear.

Karts:

Go-karts used will be rental open wheel karts with Honda GX270cc motors. These karts require closed toed shoes, suits/jackets, gloves and neck braces.
