New England Region autocross events in 2021 will allow guests to attend.

Register here to be allowed entry as a guest/crew to the NER autoX - Weekend event "Test n Tune" on 5-29" May 29th, 2021

Guests/crew are there as support and are not drivers. Anyone driving a car at the Test n Tune must be a registered driver.

Location: Devens Airfield, Ayer Ma. (Entrance at 90 Fitchburg Rd. Ayer, Ma)

Due to Covid restrictions, guest information is needed, and we can not allow anyone to enter without signing up beforehand.

For Ma. state contact tracing, we need a full name, phone number and valid email address for anyone entering the site.

MAKE SURE THOSE 3 THINGS ARE ADDED WHEN REGISTERING EACH GUEST PLEASE

Your guest/crew may sign up directly, or attending drivers at the "NER autoX - Weekend event Test n Tune on 5-29" can sign them up.

Guests/crew should arrive for the test n tune when drivers arrive between 7 and 8 AM and should bring a pen to sign the waiver.

Guests/crew will be receive email 2 days before the event if they can't attend based on the total drivers signed up. Drivers have priority.

Guests must comply with these rules:

Masks are REQUIRED, no exceptions
You must comply with the current travel restrictions: Travel Restrictions
If you feel sick, stay home. We have to deny entry to anyone showing symptoms.
Significant social distancing measures will be taken while anyone eats onsite during your non working heat or lunch break.

For health and safety:

Please bring your own masks
You must agree to practice social distancing - 6 feet minimum.
If you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, before or on the event morning, please do not attend.
Hand sanitizer will be available
Port-a-potties will be sanitized before the event and periodically touch points will be sanitized during the event.
The state requires contact tracing. Your name, email address and phone number need to be accurate. It will be provided to the state after the event. (Same for any guests)
Please bring your own pen to sign the waiver.
