West Virginia Fall Colors Tour

PCA Chesapeake’s Tour & Rally Committee is pleased to offer as its 16th event of the year the “West Virginia Fall Colors Tour” on Oct. 27th. Enjoyable back roads, lovely scenery and the fall foliage will conspire to delight participants during this colorful driving event. A newly revised route will be featured. (v01, Sept. 27, 2024)

WHEN and WHERE

• When: Oct. 27, 2023, Sunday. 
• Assembly time: 9:30 AM; drivers’ meeting 9:45; departure of first group of cars 10:15.    
• Assembly point: Middletown, MD. Address to be sent via e-mail to confirmed registrants by Oct. 26th.
• Lunch Destination: Canary Grill, Berkeley Springs, WV.  
• Restaurant ETA: 11:30 AM. 
• Lunch: The menu will be distributed via e-mail by Oct. 23rd. Participants must pre-order their food by Oct. 24th and pay in CASH at the restaurant. 
• Afternoon Drive: This will be the highlight of the tour – 12:30-2:00 PM, Berkeley Springs to Paw Paw area, then back to Berkeley Springs via a NEW route. Not to be missed! 
• Tour’s End: Parking lot of Canary Grill, Berkeley Springs, WV. Participants may hang around, use the restrooms or depart from here. 

PARTICIPATION

By signing up for and joining any of our driving events, registrants acknowledge and assume all the risks in and full responsibility for their participation. PCA waiver forms must be completed and signed by all, online or on paper. Note that planned events are subject to change, for weather-related or other reasons. 

REGISTRATION

• Registration for this tour will open at 1 pm on Oct. 8th and close at 1 pm on Oct. 23rd.
• Log on to your account at www.motorsportreg.com to sign up. (Not the same as your PCA account.) 
• $5 registration fee for each adult. Maximum $10 per car. No fee for minors (17 and younger).
• This tour has a capacity limit, so sign up ASAP if you are interested in joining. 
• All PCA members are welcome.
• Drivers must be licensed adults.
• Each confirmation is provisional. It becomes final after the registation fee is paid. 
• Cancellations must be made before the closing of registration to obtain payment refunds.
