WCKC 2025 Lifetime and dealer Memberships

To reflect the purpose and function of the membership, we renamed "platinum Membership" to "Lifetime Membership" as of 2025.

NOTE: All the membership renewals are processed by volunteers and it can take up to 2 weeks before your membership application is processed. 

Each lifetime Membership (Dealer AND Non Dealer) consist of :

1 primary family membership, non transferable registered to the original owner/purchaser and;

1 secondary membership that can be assigned to another driver or family. 

Annual memberships are family memberships and as such the spouse and all dependent children under the age of 21, taken at the time of membership purchase, have practice privileges with each membership.

• Additional drivers for dealer membership

Lifetime Memberships (Dealer and Family):

Lifetime memberships are valid for life, but need to be registered/activated every year for the lifetime member to be able to use the facility and to ensure all proper waivers are signed and submitted. A $200 activation fee will apply. This fee will be waived for original platinum/lifetime memberships. (Those who bought a platinum/lifetime membership in 2001 when the rack was build) 

Additional (Second) Lifetime memberships:

All the Lifetime memberships include an additional family membership. If the lifetime member transfers this membership it has to be registered here to ensure all the proper waivers are signed and submitted. Note, only 1 membership be transferred.  A $200 activation fee will apply.

Non practice dealer membership:

Dealer Membership, Non Practice: $ 750 / year + GST
Introduced for members who don’t need a driver pass but do generate revenue at the facility.
Includes: - (non family) Membership to WCKC for 1 dealer principle only. Non-transferable.

- The right to sell products or services at WCKC
- Listing on website at no cost.
- Advertising sign for a reduced rate
- Day passes for a reduced rate
- Dealers are required to be registered as a motorsport related business with the CRA

Practice dealer membership:

Dealer Membership, Practice: $ 1500 / year + GST
Introduced for members who need a driver/floater pass and generate revenue at the facility.
Includes: - Dealer Membership to WCKC for 1 dealer principle only. Non-transferable.

- 1 Dealer driver pass
- The right to purchase up to 3 additional driver passes per WCKC rate sheet.
- The right to sell products or services at WCKC
- Listing on website at no cost.
- Advertising sign for a reduced rate
- Dealers are required to be registered as a motorsport related business with the CRA and have appropriate insurance and WCBC coverage.

All Memberships expire February 28 2026.

Volunteer program applies to ALL memberships, including lifetime memberships.

You can choose to pay the volunteer bond in full upon renewing or applying for a membership. If you decide to full fill the volunteer position requirements during the season WCKC will issue a refund cheque.  Please indicate if you would like to pay off the volunteer bond. If you do not want to pay off the volunteer bond we will charge your card on file on November 2025 if no volunteer hours are logged.
