Waterford Hills - Trackilicious - CONFIRMED

Details:

• Dates – Friday, June 5th 2020
• Track – Waterford Hills Road Racing (4770 Waterford Rd, Village of Clarkston, MI 48346)
• Limited to 40 people. Spots will be reserved on a first pay basis
• 5 x 20 min sessions
• Check in + Track time 9:00am – 5:00pm
• $220 – Regular Registration (Deadline Midnight Mon, June 1th)
• $250 – Late Entry

• Both days: Friday, June 5th 2020 & Friday, July 10th 2020
• 2 day registration $400 ($40 DISCOUNT) – Regular Registration (Deadline Midnight Mon, June 1th)
• 2 day registration $440 – Late Entry Fee 

Trackilicious COVID Precautions:

• Drivers may only take their own guests on track as passengers
• We will be practicing strict social distancing measures. 6ft radius at all times.
• All attendees will be required to fill in a COVID self check form
• All drivers will be required to fill a self tech inspection form for their own vehicles
• We expect to see a variety of super cool cars come out. While taking pictures is ok, please respect the space of the drivers and their vehicles.
• As always, safety comes first. Our vigilance with our on track safety must match our off track safety

WHRR COVID Precautions:

Buildings:

• Tower and Tower Deck, closed
• Paddock Shoppe, closed
• Uni-sex restroom, closed
• Frase Pavilion and the Paddock Shoppe observation decks, open
• Concession Stand, open (depending on size of rental)

Entries:

• Only 1 driver and 2 crew members, no family or visitors
• Gates will be open from 9:00AM – 10:00AM, then closed
• Main paddock gate will remain closed except for emergencies or if guests wish to leave. There is NO retry once you leave!

What we will do:

• Offer all guests masks, and gloves
• Promote usage of said masks, and gloves
• Promote social distancing
• Provide hand sanitizer in the restrooms
• Sanitize the restrooms at least once during rental

Restrooms:

• Please, one person or family at a time in the restroom. Remember, the person in front of you may not like having someone in there with them. We must respect there right’s too!
