Definitions of Class
All Starter Classes: Stock parts required and rider(s) must be a beginner with this being their first year racing.
STACYC
Starter – Is for first time racers and geared towards riders developing new racing skills. Rider exemption may be given based on age or skill of the rider at the time of the event. THESE BIKES ARE STOCK ONLY
Novice - Experienced rider with track time.
Modified – Any modifications to a stock bike. Rider exemption may be given by race director based on age or rider skill level at the time of the event. No Modified bike can enter into a stock class. Two or more bike must enter to be able to score points.
Open - Classes if age and skill are specified that age only can enter into that class. If no age or skill is specified anyone can enter into that OPEN class
Definition Stock/Modified
STOCK – stock drivetrain required on both 12” and 16” cycles. Brushless motor permitted on 16” stacyc only. Must use stock sprocket 12” (9 tooth) 16” (10 tooth). Must use Stacyc battery. All Stacyc must have an operating brake system. MAX PERMITTED RPM AT REAR WHEEL IS 360 RPM BIKE OVER 360 WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
MODIFIED – Brushless motor, after Market Handlebars, Grips, Levers, Tires, Chains, Seats, Sprockets & footrests permitted in all classes. After Market Batteries & Disk Brakes are permitted only in a modified class.
DIRT BIKE CLASSES DEFINITION:
PW 50 Starter: Stock piston required, Stock exhaust / silencer required ( no altering permitted), Stock air box and stock working oil injection for pw limited class, Stock carb required ( no boring permitted), Stock ecu and electronics required (no flywheel or stator mods permitted)
51cc Starter/Stock: Stock piston, cylinder, carburetor and exhaust (no altering permitted)
Open Age Starter - Riders first year of riding
Open Age - Any Rider may enter race unless it specifies
E2 Bikes Starter - No Mod speed controllers, If you're E2 mod speed controller it has to be in the open class.
