Join the Lone Star, Houston, & Texas Regions for the return of the Voodoo Super Tour at NOLA Motorsports Park on March 21-23, 2025
This event is open to all volunteer specialties including: Flagging & Communications, Grid & Pit, Tech Inspection, Timing & Scoring, and Stewards.
Volunteers will be contact by Jessica for confirmation of your assignment and further questions.
All volunteers who register by March 7 will receive a lunch and $75 gas card for each day of participation, as well as an event t-shirt. There will also be an all-participant party Saturday night at the NOLA Event Center.

- 12:00-7:00 pm: Registration & Paddock Parking
- 4:00-8:00 pm: Tech Inspection
Friday, March 21, 2025
- 7:00 am-7:00 pm: Registration & Paddock Parking
- 8:00 am-4:00 pm: Tech Inspection/Scales
- 8:00 am-5:00 pm: Test Day Sessions (3 per group)
- 12:35 pm: Approximate Lunch Break
Saturday, March 22, 2025
- 7:00 am-1:00 pm: Registration & Paddock Parking
- 7:30-11:30 am: Tech Inspection/Scales
- 8:00 am-5:00 pm: 20-minute Qualifying Sessions & 25-minute Races
- 11:50 am: Approximate Lunch Break
- 5:15 pm: Approximate Party Time
