ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
Optional Advertising Opportunities to spread awareness to the fans in attendance.
- PA Package (3) :15 sec Announcements per event day - $400
- Jumbo Tron Package (3) :30 sec Spots per event day - $500
- Jumbo Tron and PA Package - $800

Event Details:
Set up: Thursday, from 1pm-5pm or Friday 8am-5pm. Must be set-up by Friday at 5 pm.
Move out: Must be moved out by Midnight on Sunday.
EVENT DATES & TIMES: SEPTEMBER 13-15, 8 am-5 pm (subject to change)
MUST be in operation from 8 am-5 pm on Saturday and Sunday of the EVENT DATES.
FOOD RULES:
- No food can be sold unless the vendor goes directly through the COTA Catering team. If you wish to be a food vendor, do not fill out this MotoAmerica vendor registration. Instead, please reach out to: Daniel Northcutt - northcutt101@gmail.com
- Food samples can be given out by approved MotoAmerica sponsors, but no food may be sold
