Join us on May 13 for our Virginia Spring Drive and Dine to an exciting new location - 2 Silos Brewing Company!
When: Saturday, May 13, departing between 9:30 and 10:00 am from a location near Fairfax, VA area.
Where: Rally point to be provided to registrants.
What: : After a scenic drive of twists and turns through Fairfax and Prince William Counties, enjoy brunch at The Black Sheep Restaurant: whiskey+wine+noshery in Manassas, VA. This two-story historic dairy barn built in 1929 has been converted into a restaurant with private dining rooms, entertainment spaces, and outdoor patio areas. Following an upscale brunch, participants are welcomed to stay and enjoy the sprawling 2-Silo’s Complex that includes live music entertainment on the outdoor Farm Brew Live Stage or socializing with fellow enthusiasts while sampling a wide selection of craft beers and wine.
Costs and Arrangements: $57 per person to cover the cost of your brunch, tax, gratuity, service fees, and our reserved room and covered patio seating at The Black Sheep. The brunch buffet includes- Smoked Salmon Crostini, Biscuits & Gravy, Chicken & Waffles, Scrambled Eggs, Shrimp & Grits, Bacon, Sausage, Pancakes, Home Fries, Corn Tamale Cakes, Pastries, Apple Salad, Caesar Salad, Fruit Salad, Coffee, Hot Tea, Iced Tea, Orange Juice, and Soft Drinks.
This is sure to be a fun experience so mark your calendar to sign up for this event. Space will be limited to 50 guests.
Event requirements
TIME OF PAYMENT - When you register you will not initially be charged the $57 per person fee. We will charge your credit card two weeks prior to the event – April 29th. No refunds will be given unless we are able to confirm another guest from the waitlist in your place.
We will be departing from a location near Fairfax, VA. An insurance waiver will need to be signed online for all participants. Information on how to do this will be emailed to you prior to the event. All registered attendees will be provided a link so they can complete a virtual waiver online and via their smartphone, and all registered drivers with completed waivers will receive meeting point instructions and rules the week before. A drivers’ meeting will be held at the rally point prior to departure.
An electronic version of the latest Drive & Dine rules, maps, and directions will be provided, for which you will be responsible for printing as needed. Please advise in advance if you do not have a printer. A hard copy will be provided for you as needed.
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- PCA Potomac Drive & Dine rules will be followed for the safety of all participants. (Discussed at the drivers’ briefing). Watch the website for revisions.
- You will be notified of your status by email. You are responsible for updating your profile in motorsportreg.com (MSR) website to include your current contact information.
- All registrants will be initially “confirmed” for this event. When needed, your status will be changed as soon as possible. Formal notification of acceptance into the event will be provided by email prior to the event. If you have not received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- IF YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL.
CANCELLATION
- If you must cancel, please be courteous and cancel as soon as you can to allow others from the waitlist to attend.
- If you cannot cancel online, you must notify the Registrar by email and receive an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT by email to verify that have you been canceled.
