Thank you for Volunteering to work at the Todd Cholmondeley IT SPEC*tacular event July 28 - July 30, 2023.

On Friday, July 28, we will be holding a Track Event, which will include our standard novice, intermediate, advanced and coach groups. Your help at this part of the weekend is always welcome and greatly appreciated.
If you want to get your car on track at speed under the supervision of one of our qualified instructors go to The Track Event page to register. Participants will earn a $25/day rebate on your entry fee for staying and working Saturday and/or Sunday. A rebate form is available below or one can be picked up at Driver Information or Registration.
Saturday night LEC will be co-hosting a picnic in the worker campground starting 30 minutes after the track goes cold. Good eats, our traditional special jello treats, and live music will be plentiful. Invite your driver friends to join us. Worker appreciating incentives will be presented at the picnic.
Lunches Saturday & Sunday will be provided by a sponsor and will be available for pick-up in Garage 7.
Bob Cowie will be drawing for split-the-pot jackpots throughout the weekend for the benefit of ALS. Stop by tosupport this worthy cause in honor of Judy Cowie, long time F&C worker, taken from us way too soon by this terrible disease.

2023 Track Event Supplemental Regulations
Following is the link to the Mid-Ohio e-waiver that should be processed on your smart phone. This will take the place of signing the paper waiver at the guard gate. You must still stop at the registration building for your SCCA credentials.
Event requirements
We welcome all volunteers. If you are required to be in a "hot" area, you must be a member of SCCA. However, there are many positions that do not require an SCCA membership. If you want to try this out, we can always arrange for a weekend membership! If you want to help out and don't know what you want to do, register as "Unsure" for your specialty and send a message to the event organizer. We'll contact you to discuss options and get you hooked up!

Registration hours - 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
On Track Activities - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch break
Saturday
Registration hours - 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
On Track Activities - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch break
Worker picnic in the campground 30 minutes after the track goes cold - feel free to invite a driver or two.
Sunday

On Track Activities - 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a 1 hour lunch break
