Super Tour Test Day

Race Car Test Day at Portland International Raceway.

Fee:
$575 per car for four (20 minute) sessions
$350 per car for two (20 minute) afternoon sessions starting 12:45 pm or later

Event details, move in and track crossing:

• • North Paddock
  • Chicane in use
  • PIR Main gate opens at 7:00 a.m.
  • Crossing the track to the north paddock will be available between sessions at Start-Finish.
  • Thursday arrival:
    • No Thursday early access to the North Paddock due to Thursday Night Motocross
    • Arrival before 2:00 PM you may stage in the South Paddock near the Pro Drive office. $40 early entry fee.
    • Arrival after 2:00 PM you may stage in the Broadacre parking lot (outside main gate) 

Lap Times: Check MyLaps SpeedHive for test day lap times.

Sound: All racecars must be muffled to 102.99 dba at 50 feet. Strict PIR sound policy will be in effect. A vehicle that exceeds the limit is mechanical black flagged and given one chance to make modifications or repairs to be below the limit. No engine starting before 8:30 AM, no revving before 9:00 AM.

SCCA Registration: Registration for the SCCA Super Tour will be open in the North Paddock Tower, second floor from 1PM – 5PM. Beat the Saturday morning rush and register on Friday!

Policy: All drivers must sign the track waiver and receive a driver wrist band.  The wrist band must be displayed to the flagger at pit out to be released on track. If you do not turn a wheel on track, your test day fee may be applied to a future test day. Current competition license required. Approved driver's suits and racing helmets are required. No passengers are allowed. Test days will be run regardless of weather.
