About this event
The State of Drift strives to further develop drivers beyond the street car stage. SoD will give drivers the ability to participate and grow in a competitive environment along with develope the skills and confidence needed to showcase live in front of a captive audience. Entry level drivers who have never participated in a competition will be guided and educated on how to promote themselves and sponsors while gaining the essential skill set needed for a Pro-Am series. SoD will provide drivers the guidelines for developing a vehicle suitable for a Pro-Am career, which meet FormulaDrift standards.
For our 4 events, drivers will be judged and scored for qualifying rounds and then bracketed. Brackets can range from 32 to 16 drivers. Drivers who place from 8th to 1st place will earn points for the event of the series. Drivers will earn bonus points for attending all 4 events. All points will be added up and a champion announced during the closing ceremonies of the 4th event. (Please refer to the rule book at www.east10drift.com)
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be awarded prizes from all series contingency partners.
Podium winners and series winners will win money from a $1000 purse!
Drivers MUST place contingency partner decals in the speciified areas indicated by each sponsor. Failure to do so will void prizes to the winners. (Contingency guidline and prizes can be found at www.east10drift.com)
Registration Fee (Single Competition Event): $155
Non-Comp Drivers Submit $75 to Paypal Address. (**Non-Comp drivers do not receive door placards, windshield banner or T-Shirt.**)
NOTE: There is an additional $52 fee to register at the track on the day of the event.

What you need to compete in the State of Drift:
We will be following Formula Drift/ Streetwise Drift Rules. There will be some leiniency with suits and other small line items. Our most important rule is to make sure your vehicle is properly caged! (refer to our rule book!)
