Entry fees: $40 members / $50 non-members (includes one day SCCV membership for event day)

SCCV Wintercross is a frozen surface time trial event held on the main racetrack of Airborne Park Speedway. Course format will utilize parts of the 1/2 mile oval, infield roads and cart loops on a plowed track. Please see event picture for track layout.
Pits/Paddock will be the area inside the main gates, and will vary based on snow conditions. If you plan to trailer a vehicle, please send us and email if possible so we can gauge/adjust plowing needs to accommodate.
There is no public bathroom located onsite, however porta potties will be available

This event is open to all licensed drivers over the age of 18, as well as minors who have a valid drivers license and meet the minor consent requirements found in the Wintercross Rules & Classing
Helmets are required for this event. (Snell M2010 or SA2010 minimum, No DOT only). The club has a handful of loaner helmets from Zamp Racing available in a variety of sizes to be used by new participants if needed.

All vehicles will be required to pass a technical inspection prior to running the event. Tech inspection requirements can be found in the Wintercross Rules & Classing
Convertibles are required to have sufficient rollover protection at this event. Hard tops/multipoint braced hoops of sufficient thickness that pass a broomstick test above driver's head. For specific questions on your vehicle setup, please reach out to an admin of SCCV
Please be aware that regular auto insurance policies do not cover damage to your vehicle while participating in motorsports events. Drivers are responsible for removing damaged vehicles from the track/course, and for repairing any damage to said vehicle. Drivers have the option to purchase off-track/autocross insurance through unaffiliated companies such as Lockton Motorsports (Locktonmotorsports ).
