This event is held under the SCCA General Competition Rules and the supplemental regulations.

“FREE” FRIDAY PRACTICE: All early bird entrants (received by July 1, 2016) will have a free practice session Friday evening. Each session will be approximately 20 minutes and will run between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (see schedule for group times). The free practice is being sponsored by the South Bend and Detroit regions and administered by GingerMan Raceway. Late entrants will not be permitted to participate in the free practice.
FREE ENTRY GIVEAWAY: A free entry will be awarded to one driver registering for the event 14 days (June 25, 2016) prior to the weekend. Driver name will be drawn at the event party or other designated time.

Event requirements
DRIVER ELIGIBILITY: Drivers must be a current member of the SCCA and hold a SCCA Full Competition license or SCCA Pro license to participate in this event. If you do not have the proper credentials it is your responsibility to contact the Registrar prior to the event.

GRID: Starting positions for the Saturday race will be determined by the fastest time recorded for each car during the preceding qualifying session. Starting positions for the Sunday race will be determined by the fastest time recorded for each car during each of the preceding qualifying session or their fastest lap during the Saturday race. Cars arriving at the grid after their group has been dispatched on track may, at the discretion of the Operating Steward, be held at pit out and released at the end of the pack after the field has completed their pace lap.
QUALIFYING: A driver not qualifying within the maximum of 115% of the recognized track record of their class must obtain permission from the Race Director in order to race. In the case of unusual circumstances, the Race Director can waive this rule for the entire event. See chart in the supplemental regulations.
ENTRY FEES:
Early bird entry fee when paying by check (before July 1, 2016) $440. (Your best value)
Early Bird entry fee when paying with credit card (before July 1, 2016) $460.
Entry fee (after July 1, 2016) $535.
Entry fee, 1 car – 2 classes early bird paying by check (before July 1, 2016) $750.
Entry fee, 1 car – 2 classes early bird paying with credit card(before July 1, 2016) $785.
Entry fee, 1 car – 2 classes (after July 1, 2016) $855.
Each SRF, SRF3, FE and SM entry will be charged an additional $20 compliance fee per entry for the weekend.
PASSES: Each entry receives five (5) passes, including the driver and four crew members. Additional passes may be purchased at Registration for $10 each. Workers, guests, & crew must sign for their own passes and must arrive while registration is open. For non-registered visitors daily passes may be purchased from GingerMan Raceway for $10 per day. The entry fee also includes Saturday evening dinner passes for the driver and one crew member. Additional dinner passes may be purchased for $12 each.
