About this event
It is with sadness that we must announce a change to Tri-C Karter's Round Seven Club Series race & the special Friday open practice event at K1 Circuit in Winchester, originally scheduled for September 6,7, and 8.
As you may recall, the public opening of K1 Circuit has been delayed but both recent and several future events were allowed to move forward with private event permits. Unfortunately, after a very recent inspection by the Riverside County Fire Marshall, those private event permits have been canceled.
As a result, no events of any kind may take place at K1 Circuit.
Round Seven has been moved to Adams Motorsports Park on Sept 7 & 8.
Friday open practice will be run by the Adams track staff.
We are immensely grateful to Troy and Kara Adams for their partnership and kindness.
ALL Round 7 original race registrations and special Friday open practice registrations will be refunded beginning tonight. A new event (with the original lower practice fees) will be posted and everyone who is racing or practicing will need to re-register. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
At this point in time we will be optimistic for the future & continue to plan ahead with Round Eight on October 5 & 6 at K1 Circuit.
We will continue to keep you all updated and be as transparent as possible.
We are gutted by this unfortunate occurrence and know that all of you will be upset as well, as everyone was excited to race at the new track. Thank you so much for your patience and grace. If you have questions we may be able to answer, please reach out to us via email or Trisha via text. Thank you.
