A Test & Tune Day sponsored by and run by Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park (TSMP) will be held on Friday July 10, 2020. Fee is $200 per driver. Gates open at 7am. Test Day reservations will be handled on-line at www.thompsonspeedway.com/reservations. Garage reservations can be made on-line with the same link. NER,SCCA is not involved with test day nor garages. Contact the track at 860.923.2280 to make arrangements for a group to paddock together.
Notice to Participants: In light of the current COVID-19 situation, every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to the virus. New processes and procedures are being developed and will be put into place for events going forward. While on site please take the health and safety of your fellow participants, volunteers and staff into consideration and practice social distancing, wear a mask, and wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer frequently.
Everyone will be required to enter a credit card upon registering here on MSR. Payments will be deferred on Motorsportsreg until you come to registration at the event. Payment may also be made by check, credit card or cash at the track. NOTE: We will automatically charge the credit card on file unless you let the registrar know at registration that you will be using an alternate form of payment. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact the registrar.
Entry Fees:
U.S. Majors Tour *Early: $495 / Regular: $555
“Double Dip”* Early $370 / Regular: $420
*Regular fees will apply once on-line registration closes on Tuesday July 7th at 10:59PM EDT.
**Double Dip” = one driver entered in more than one race group.
Compliance Fee: SRF3 & FE2 - $30 per entry for the weekend; SM = $20 per entry for the weekend
Registration Hours at the Track:
Registration is in the classroom in between the garages and the store.
Friday, July 10 = 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday, July 11 = 7:00am - 11:00am
Sunday, July 12 = 10:30am - 12:00pm
Tech Hours at the Track:
Friday, July 10 = 7:00pm - 9:00pm (annuals subject to inspector availability)
Saturday, July 11 = 7:00am - 5:30pm Scales open when cars not in impound
Sunday, July 12 = 10:30am - 12:00pm Tech scales open
Event requirements
All persons seeking to participate in this event must be members in good standing of the SCCA. Persons seeking entry as drivers must have a valid SCCA Novice Permit (with school requirements completed), SCCA Full Competition license, or a valid SCCA Pro license.
Payments will be processed at Registration at the track; Accepted: check (preferred), cash or credit card (MC, Visa, and American Express)
Please review, and update if needed, your MSR Driver Profile before registering for this event to ensure we receive correct info. It will save time at Registration if we don't need to make corrections.
Conference Preferred Majors Numbers will be honored where possible until Thursday, June 25, 2020. Unless you receive a separate e-mail from the Registrar, you will have been assigned your preferred number/first choice #.

Please note: All attendees must go through SCCA on-site registration at the track (located in the paddock) with appropriate licenses and memberships to sign the SCCA waiver and receive SCCA wristbands. A Track waiver must also be signed prior to entering the facility (small white building at the gate)
