Thursday
- Gates open, 10am officials, 11 am sponsors, 12pm all other participants. Gate closes at 9pm.
- Trials/Cross Country registration from 4pm-6pm.
- Cross Country Tech inspection from 4pm-6pm.
Friday
- Gates open, 7am-9pm
- Tech inspection from 9am-11pm
- Trials registration from 8am-9am
- Trials MANDATORY rider meeting 9:30am
- Trials event begins at 10am
- Cross Country registration from 9am-11am
- Cross Country Tech from 9am-11am
- Cross Country MANDATORY riders meeting 12pm
- Cross Country Vintage/Novice/Women Start 1pm
- Cross Country Post Vintage/ Pre-Modern Expert/Int Start 3pm
- Motocross registration from 3pm-5pm
- Motocross Tech from 3pm-5pm
- Awards for Trials + Cross Country at 5:30pm

- Motocross registration from 8am-10am
- Motocross Tech from 8am-10:00am
- Motocross Practice begins at 11am
- Vintage Motocross race start moto 1 at 12pm
- Awards for Cross Country + Motocross at 6pm
Sunday
- Gates open: 7:00 am;
- Registration for both Motocross and Cross Country must be completed before sunday no Registratoin on Sunday ( PLAN ACCORDINGLY)
- Tech Inspection 7am-8am
- Mandatory Riders Meeting for both Cross Country and Motocross 7:45am
- Vintage Cross Country/Novice/Women Race Start at 8:30am
- Motocross Post Vintage/Next Gen practice 9am
- Motocross Start Moto 1 10am
Gas: yes
Gate Fee: $30/three days, $25/two days, $15/one day.
Concessions: Yes. Hours of operations, Gate opening to Event ending or later if so requested. Full menu breakfast, lunch, dinner. Catering available if so desired. Engroff Catering a local five star caterer, manages all of our concessions any only serves fresh foods. Full service adult beverage bars available.
Camping: Off-Road Camping is primitive only no hook-ups
Lodging: For the 2021 season, Heartland Park partnered with the ClubHouse Inn & Suites in Topeka. Guest who call them and book will receive a 15% discount per night, as well as complimentary breakfast buffet and two complimentary drink tickets per guest 21 years and older.
