REGISTRATION HOURS AT THE TRACK Registration is in the classroom building
Friday, September 9 7:00pm - 9:00 pm
Saturday, September 10 7:30am - 10:30 am
Sunday, September 11 7:30am - 10:00 am
TECH HOURS AT THE TRACK
Friday, September 9 7:00pm - 9:00pm pending staff availability
Saturday, September 10 7:30am - 5:30pm Scales open 9am-4pm when cars are not in impound
Sunday, September 11 7:30am - 10:00am Tech scales open 7:30 am-9 am, and by Chief's okay.
RACE SCHEDULE
Saturday& Sunday : No race engines may be started before 8:30am or after 7pm
Saturday, September 10: 8:00 am: Flag meeting at the big tent
9:00 am - Noon (approx) 20 minute qualifying sessions by race group
Noon (approx) Lunch Break
1:00 pm (approx) - 5:00 pm: Race 1 for all groups will be 18 minutes plus one lap. Grids for Race 1 will be set by the best lap in the morning qulifying session
Thank you party at the conclusion of on track activites
Sunday, September 11: 8:00 am: Flag meeting at the big tent
9:00am - Noon (approx) : Race 2 for all groups will be 14 minutes plus one lap. Grids for Race 2 will be set by the best lap in Race 1 ( on Saturday)
Noon (approx): Lunch Break
1:00 pm(approx) - 5:00 pm: Race 3 for all groups will be 18 minutes plus one lap. Grids for Race 3 will be set by best lap in Race 2. These are contingency races for Sanction #22-R-57205

* SRFx is a second series of exhibition sessions for SRF and SRF3 compliant cars. Double dippers (sam driver, same car) are covered by a single compliance fee. Unique drivers may enter only SRFx but will need to pay a primary entry and a compliance fee. SRFx are non-points, non-trophy races.

Regional Race: *Early: $395 (until 9-6-2022) Regular fee: $445
One Day: Early $295 (until 9-6-2022) Regular fee: $345
Compliance Fee: SRF & FE $30 per weekend
* "Double Dip": Early $200 / Regular fee $250 One Day "Double Dip: Early $150 Regular one day 'DD" $200
Club Racing Experience (CRE) Early $295 / Regular $345
*Regular fees will apply once on-line registration closes on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 11:59PM EDT.

SCCA competition cars only. Entries capped. Note: Online garage and carport reservations only available to Test/Tune attendees, weekend-only garage or carports available at the track (first come first serve), subject to availability.
Event requirements
ONE COPY OF THE SUPPS AND ONE COPY OF THE ENTRY LIST WILL BE POSTED AT REGISTRATION
Please review, and update if needed, your list of three DIFFERENT preferred numbers ( 3 digit numbers must start with a 1 ) in your vehicle's profile as this list will be used to assign your car number. Numbers are assigned by the Registrar based on earliest registration date & time
Current Crew must be listed - not listing current crew results in delays at Registration.
In an effort to keep all safe, a valid credit card must be added in Motorsportreg in order to complete your entry. (MC, Visa, American Express, Discover accepted). Credit Card payments will not be processed until the driver registers at the track.
Checks & cash will be accepted at Registration at the track.
