Registration Hours at the Track:
Thursday, June 23 6:00pm - 9:00 pm
Friday, June 24 7:00am - 11:00 am
Saturday, June 25 7:00am - 10:00 am
Tech Hours at the Track:
Thursday, June 23 7:00pm - 9:00pm pending staff availability
Friday, June 24 8:00am - 5:00pm Scales open 9am-4pm when cars are not in impound
Saturday, June 25 8:00am - 5:00am Tech scales open 8:00am-10:00am, or by Chief's okay.
Race Schedule
Thursday: no race engines may be run after 6pm
Friday: No un-muffled race engines may be started before 10:00am except to be run at idle for warm up purposes 15 minutes prior to the allowed time or to be driven to the False Grid.

9:00 am: Flag meeting below the tower
10:00am: 16 minute qualifying sessions for groups 1 - 7
Noon (approx): Lunch Break
1:00pm [approx]: 18 minutes plus one lap qualifying sprints with grid order determined by morning qualifying session
PADDOCK CRAWL following final track activity.....EVERYONE WELCOME !
Saturday: No un-muffled race engines may be started fbefore 9:00am except to be run at idle for warm up purposes 15 minutes prior to the allowed time to be driven to the False Grid.
8:00am: Flag meeting - below the tower
9:00am: 20 minutes plus one lap Regional races groups 1 - 7 with grid set by fastest lap in either Friday qualifying
Noon (approx) Lunch Break
1:00pm: 20 minutes plus one lap Regional races with grid set by morning race finish position.

Fees
Regional: Both Days *Early $ 475 / Regular $ 525
Compliance Fee: SRF, SRF3, FE & FE2: $30 per sanction
"Double Dip”: Both Days **: Early $ 275 / Regular $ 325
*Regular fees will apply once on-line registration closes on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 11:59PM EDT.
*”Double Dip” = one driver entered in more than one race group

Please review, and update if needed, your list of three DIFFERENT preferred numbers ( 3 digit numbers must start with a 1 ) in your vehicle's profile as this list will be used to assign your car number. Numbers are assigned by the Registrar based on earliest registration date & time
Current Crew must be listed - not listing current crew results in delays at Registration.
In an effort to keep all safe, a valid credit card must be added in Motorsportreg in order to complete your entry. (MC, Visa, American Express, Discover accepted). Credit Card payments will not be processed until the driver registers at the track.
Checks & cash will be accepted by Registration at the track.
