New England Region, SCCA Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet - Saturday January 8, 2022
Options are:
- Full day: beverages all day, meetings and dinner Cost $40 or 5 TrPS
- Annual meeting: If attending just the meeting we need to reserve enough seating. (No cost to register)
Special Dietary requests can be honored
Schedule for the day:
- 12:30pm - 1:30pm => Road Racing Town Hall
- 1:00pm - 2:00pm => Rally / RallyX Town Hall
- 1:00pm - 2:00pm => Solo Safety Steward Training
- 1:30pm - 2:00pm => Time Trials Town Hall
- 2:00pm - 2:30pm => Free Time
- 2:30pm - 4:00pm => NER Annual Meeting
- 4:00pm - 4:30pm => Region Town Hall Session
- 4:30pm - 5:30pm => Free Time
- 5:30pm - 8:30pm => New England Region Awards Dinner

The Best Western has provided a special room rate for us. Call to make reservations directly at 508-460-0700 and refer to the Sports Car Club Annual Meeting to receive the $89 rate.
Event requirements
If you choose to use TrPS (club racing workers) or pay by check, they must be received by Friday, December 31, 2021.
Everyone must have a credit card on file when you register online; If you are paying by mail (checks or TrPS) you still need to enter a credit card during registration. If we receive a mail-in payment by the time registration closes, we won't charge the card on file. The card will be processed if check/TrPS payment has not been received by December 27.
If paying online, please make sure you have a valid charge card on file. Credit card payments will not be processed until January 1,2022.
