Guest Passes:

As workers for the event, members are allowed to bring one (1) guest in for the event.  RSI needs to submit a list of members AND their guest's name to WGI Gate 2 prior to the event.  Guest's name MUST match what is listed on Gate 2's list.  Either claim your guest pass during the sign up process, or see Mark Turner to submit your guest's name.  Last day to claim your guest pass on MotorsportReg will be Tuesday, September 10th at 12:00pm!  Guests MUST pick up their guest pass at Gate 2 Lane 1 ONLY.
 

Uniform:

The preferred color of clothing for RSI F&C marshals is white.  Recognizing the unique qualities, individuality, and the international nature of Marshals, RSI supports identifying articles of Marshal attire indicating professional, personal, or international allegiances, but white remains the preferred predominant color.  Remember that these races are televised, please dress accordingly and appropriately. 


Cross Overs:

Please consider doing Cross-overs for either Saturday and/or Sunday.  This volunteer job helps monitor spectator foot traffic crossing the racetrack at specific cross points, and ensures a safe track for VIP and Pace Car rides.  For anyone interested in doing Cross-overs, please meet Maury at his camper at 6:30am on Saturday and Sunday.  Saturday's Cross-overs hours are from 7:00am-8:15am and Sunday's hours are 7am-2pm. You can sign up to work Cross-overs during the registration process on MotorsportReg.
