NASA at Inde Motorsports Ranch

Registration Options:

• Banquet Tickets - each ticket will provide you with 1 meal from "Fork & Fire" as well as access to the NASA beer garden as well as non-alcoholic beverages
• HPDE1 (Beginner) - Classroom + 1x1 instructor passing only on main straights
• HPDE2 (Novice) - Similar/same to HPDE1 but no instructor required - NOTE: No passengers allowed (unless they are a certified instructor)
• HPDE3 (Intermediate) - Some passing restrictions
• HPDE4 (Advanced) - Open passing w/courtesy 
• Time Attack - available for HPDE3+ with a open track for 2 hot laps. Only the fastest lap counts! NOTE: Must be combined with HPDE3, HPDE4, TT or Race reg.
• Time Trial - Drivers compete for fastest lap time. NOTE: This option requires a NASA Time Trial or Competition license 
• RACE -  (*Wheel to wheel* racing) Requires a NASA Competition Racing License and valid NASA Medical. .
• SupersizeTT - For drivers registered for 2 days of Racing and want to add TT to their entry
• SupersizeHPDE - For Race Group or TT drivers looking for an additional seat time. NOTE: This option is ONLY good with a "2 day" paid "RACE" or "TIME TRIAL" pre-registration. 
• Transponder Rental - Only available for Time Trial and Race Group. HPDE groups do not get timed! There are no refunds if you rent a transponder in HPDE. 
• Tech Inspection - This option is ONLY for RACE group participants only that require an ONSITE annual tech inspection. We encourage annual race inspections to be done at a shop so that any issue can be addressed prior to arriving at the track.
• $40 for a 1st time Annual Tech and includes the Logbook and required NASA stickers
• $20 for a renewal
• $100 for a replacement Logbook
• Instructor - Unless you are a certified "NASA Instructor", do NOT select any of these options.
• VENDOR - No cost to register, we simply have this option so we can preplan out the paddock and take care of any needed logistics ahead of time. We can also help communicate your services at the event in our email blasts to our members if you take the time to pre-register. Thx!

Banquet Tickets

Tickets required per person to enjoy the Sat night BBQ with food by "Fork & Fire". Vegetarian options will be available. Additional tickets may be purchased onsite as well.

Camping/Gate Times - Camping is allowed and pricing is $20 per vehicle per night paid directly to the track. There are also a limited number of reserved RV spots with power (no water) for $80 per night. Call the track directly to reserve.

Waiver

Please make sure to sign the NASA digital waiver. You may also be asked to sign a paper waiver for the track once onsite.

NOTE: Minors (<18) must still have their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) sign the NASA hardcopy version at Driver Info and will not be texted asking to sign the digital waiver.

Fri Practice 

INDE will host a practice day on Fri (May 2) from 1-5PM for $250. Register here

Rules

Participants are expected to follow the NASA Club Codes & Regulations (CCRs) and be aware of the NASA Arizona region specific Supplemental Rules.

NOTICE: iPhone 14+ phones may be set to automatically notify 911 and dispatch an ambulance if a crash is detected. There have been multiple cases where the forces of normal track driving have resulted in a false ambo dispatch. You will be responsible for these fees if this happens! Please leave your phone in the paddock or ensure it is disabled to avoid this.

INDE Motorsports Ranch specific rules

Tech Inspection

All HPDE cars require an onsite tech inspection prior to being allowed on track (1 tech inspection is good for both days). HPDE participants should print and fill out the "HPDE Tech" Form prior to arriving to tech. Race group & Time Trial competitors will use the “Annual Race Car” Tech form.

Driver Information

Will be located near the entrance of the main paddock near the large white enclosed trailer with the NASA flag on top.

Rental Helmets

Rental helmets are available @ $20.

Drivers Meetings / Downloads

The Sat AM drivers meeting is mandatory for ALL drivers & admin. All other meeting times and locations will be announced by each respective Group Leader.

Passengers

1. Passengers MUST be 18+

2. Passengers are only allowed in HPDE3, HPDE4 or Time Trial

3. Passengers are required to sign the "Passenger Waiver" (as well as the general Waiver)

Transponder Rentals

Need to be checked out at registration

Need to be returned to registration within 30 mins of your final session to avoid penalties.

Timing and Scoring

Hardcopy results will be posted on the sign easels at Driver Info. They can also be found online:

Race & TT Classing

All ST & TT competitors are expected to publicly post/declare their classing on the NASA Super Touring website

Handwashing Station

We will have a small table setup near Driver Info with Fast Orange and regular soap and water.

Water / Drinks

Drinks are available for purchase at Driver Info. This is self-service and payment can be made using the black cash box in front of the cooler.

NOTE: We make these drinks free for admin.

Food Service

The INDE snack bar will be available

Safety Equipment: We Don't Lift (WDL)

Safety Solutions will be onsite to provide our registrants with access to high quality driver safety products as well as accessories for your racecar! Helmets, gloves and shoes are available for fitting. HANS devices available for HPDE Rental (with CC on file). Fuel

INDE sells the following via credit card:

• 91 octane - $7.05 / gal
• 100 octane - $9.50 / gal

Tire Service

NASA Arizona will have tire service available on Fri-Sun. Please make payment to Driver Info first and they will collect your requirements and get you in the queue

• $10 – dismount
• $15 – mount
• $10 – balance
• $6 – tire disposal

NOTE: Air is free and is self-serve via the air-chuck located near the front of the NASA AZ gooseneck trailer.
