Second Hand Roads Sunday, Sept 13, 2020 (date change) A simple straight forward Time-Speed-Distance Road Rally All speeds will be at or below the posted speed limits. This is a rally not a race - No special timing equipment needed This event is open to the general public and requires only a car or light truck/SUV with a working odometer, pen/pencil and clipboard and an accurate time piece or smartphone to compete.
