The MotoAmerica Barber Motorsports Park 2024 event is scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 17-19 May, 2024
This registration process is for Volunteer (unpaid) positions only - "The ticket that you cannot buy!".
All Flag and Track Marshal positions for this event are managed by a third party (Flagging by Faynisha). We will forward the list of flag and track marshal volunteers that register here to Faynisha Pentecost to integrate into her marshal team.
The number of Volunteer Track and Flag Marshals accepted will be limited. These marshals will work alongside marshals that work for Flagging by Faynisha.
Tech Control Marshals, Grid Marshals and Hospitality are volunteer (unpaid) positions only.
All volunteers are entitled to meals and beverages at MotoAmerica hospitality, a parking pass, a camping pass, MotoAmerica SWAG, and one 3-day guest pass. Restroom facilities, with showers, will be available for campers.

Note: A two-day commitment as a volunteer is required for this event and to be eligible for the volunteer benefits listed in the table above.
All volunteers are invited to a Saturday evening dinner at MotoAmerica Hospitality. The dinner will be shortly after the track is cold for the day. We will host a celebrity guest from the paddock for a short talk followed by Q&A.
Basic requirements for all positions:
- Experience is not mandatory, but marshals with proven experience will be given priority.
- The minimum commitment for Flag and Track Marshal positions is two days; a three day commitment is much preferred.
- Clothing:
- Flag & Track marshals must wear white pants and shirt. (see picture below as an example) . International orange is an acceptable alternative.
- Tech Control Marshals and Grid Marshals must wear dark long pants, white shirt, and closed toe shoes.
- All Marshals must wear sleeved shirts/tops, long pants and closed toe shoes. Sleeveless tops, short pants, sandals or flip flops are not allowed.
- Hospitality volunteers - please dress as you like. Your position is often the most intense and most appreciated volunteer position with MotoAmerica. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
- We are a "rain or shine" sport, so bring rain gear
- Please do not wear any clothing or rain gear with red or yellow coloring. White, clear or black rain gear is acceptable.
- A mobile phone is required to complete the speedwaiver.
