About this event
We are excited to host you at Calabogie Motorsports Park on June 10, 2018. We have something for everyone on this day, from our School with track and classroom instruction, to Novice/Intermediate Coaching Sessions, to Open Track time for Advanced drivers. New this year is the ability to book a "test and tune" block of time for those of you who may need to tweak your track car in preparation for future events.
Anyone exhibiting behaviour that is deemed unsafe by the organizers may be prohibited from running.

Registration Fees - On-Line Registration
School: $275 + HST ($310.75)
Coaching Session: $150 + HST ($169.50)
OPEN FULL DAY: $300 + HST ($339.00)
3 Hour OPEN: $250 + HST ($282.50)
OPEN AM: $100 + HST ($113.00)
1 Hour OPEN: $100 + HST ($113.00)
To make it easier to register early, your card will not be charged until 2 weeks prior to the event.
Event requirements
Vehicle Technical Inspection Form
At check-in, each participant will be expected to provide a completed Vehicle Technical Self-Declaration Form. As always, participants are encouraged to have a professional mechanic complete the inspection.
All vehicles must also pass Calabogie Motorsports Park's sound 92 dB sound limit. Details can be found here.
Convertible/Open-Top Vehicles
These events are open to convertibles with appropriate roll-over protection (automated, or a roll bar). If in doubt, please contact lapping@mco.org.
Helmets
All participants must wear a helmet in conformity with the ASN Canada Lapping Regulations, which are available in English and French. Snell 2000 helmets are no longer valid.
If you do not have a suitable, please contact to Calabogie Motorsports Park to arrange a rental in advance.
Rules
MCO Lapping/HPDE Days are run under the ASN Canada's Lapping Regulations, which are available in English and French. Every participant is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the Regulations, in particular their responsibilities under the Regulations.

Car Numbers
When you register, you'll be asked to select a your car number. Please put this number on your car as soon as you arrive at the track. It will help your instructor find you.
Numbers should be placed in the top right corner of the windshield and the top left corner of the rear window. Use tape, vinyl, or white shoe polish --- anything that will stay in place, tolerate rain, and be legible.
