Important Times:
- · 6:00 pm Sunday- Gates Open for trailer drop off
- · 6:45 am to 8:00 am – Check-In and Registration
- · 7:20 am – Coach’s Meeting
- · 7:45 am – Mandatory Driver’s Meeting followed by Group Leader meetings
- · 8:30 am – First cars on track

Please note: Registration will close at 11AM October 20th. Late and walkup registrations are welcome but will be charged a $ 50.00 late registration fee. We take great care in planning our events and the late registrations create a significant amount of additional last minute work.
Remember. Avoid the wait list and late fees. REGISTER EARLY!!!!
Trailer dropoff can begin on 10/20/2024 at 6PM.
Camping sunday and monday night is permitted. Electrical hook up is $50.00 and to be paid to WGI. Contact security when checking in at the gate.
INPORTANT INFORMATION: Nobody under 18 is allowed on track at WGI. This is a WGI rule.
No shorts, Tank tops, open toed shoes are alowed while on track or pit lane.
Ride alongs are permitted to be given by drivers that are B, C and D group drivers. Ride alongs are only permitted in run groups B and C by above approved drivers. All passengers must have appropriate safety gear, clothing and have signed in.
Coaches will gladly give ride alongs upon request.
