Please join the Grand Prix Region of the Porsche Club of America as we tour the beautiful Nethercutt Collection and Museum on Saturday January 25, 2025
We will have a driving tour to the museum.
The Nethercutt Collection features rare collectibles ranging from mechanical musical instruments and antique furniture to the true heart of the collection, over 250 American and European automobiles dating from 1898 to 1997.
Founder J.B. Nethercutt spent a lifetime establishing this collection of historic importance. Unique to automobile museums, each car on display is attentively serviced and maintained to remain as drivable as when the vehicle originally rolled off the showroom floor. On view are various Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance winners and cars once owned by movie stars, royalty and other notable personalities.
The entire collection is housed in two beautifully appointed exhibit facilities located just north of Los Angeles. Housed in the Museum is the Nethercutt Automotive Research Library and Archives, one of the world’s top automotive research facilities. Just steps outside the Museum are a resplendently restored steam locomotive and railcar.
Opened in 1971, The Nethercutt Collection is a not-for-profit educational institution and a resource for automobile enthusiasts, historians, students and scholars. It is open to the public.
There is a $20.00 charge for the tour of the collection.
*** After the tour of the collection we will have the privilege of a private tour of the most amazing restoration shop.
All Porsche vehicles are welcome!
Suggested donation to the Children's Dental Health Clinic is $10.00 (Cash or check only - at time of check in)
This is a “Rain or Shine” event.
Event requirements
Instead of meeting at the Museum, we will have a driving tour to the museum so that we arrive at approximately 9:30 AM
All Porsche vehicles are welcome!
There is a $20.00 charge for the tour of the collection.
The Tour of the Collection starts at 10:00 AM
The route to the museum will not be final until the day before due to possible weather conditions.
The map to the meeting place will be provided on Friday January 24th, 2025.
Please be aware that the route directions will be distributed at the meeting place upon signing of the PCA Waiver.
All drivers and passengers must sign the PCA Waiver.
If you have a 2-way radio, please bring it set to Channel 7 Sub Channel 20
