Run against the clock on a closed course with your stock "daily driver" or your modified vehicle.
No prior experience is required.
You can race with us if you have a valid driver's license and your vehicle can pass our safety inspection. "Learners Permits" are allowed subject to the rules of the permit (licensed driver>18 years old) in the passenger seat.)

Event requirements
Experience Required: None
Must have a valid driver's license or learners permit.
Junior Karts program is not available
Location: Montana Expo Park - Four Seasons Arena Parking
Set-up and Check-in: Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. Check-in closes at 8:30 a.m. Drivers' meeting at 9:00 a.m.
Upon arrival, proceed to the trailer for check-in. You will be asked to sign the current SCCA event waiver. For 2024 the waiver process for Minors has changed. An "annual" Minor waiver must be completed. More on that below.
Competition Fees:
We will not charge for the event until the event has been completed.
"First-time Autocross" Drivers: $20 (You must have never driven at any SCCA sanctioned event in order to qualify—No Exceptions!)
SCCA Members: $30
Non-Members: $50 (This includes a mandatory weekend membership to the SCCA.)
If you plan on participating with us often, we highly recommend getting an annual SCCA membership. Non-members and First-time Drivers must pay a Weekend Membership fee. The annual membership pays for itself in only a few events. You can join by following this link: https://www.scca.com/pages/join-scca If you live in the Great Falls or Helena area, you would choose Montana Region 105. There are no additional regional membership fees for our region.
Up to two current year Weekend Memberships are refundable if you join the SCCA.
Helmets: Must be Snell 2010, M2010 or SA2010 helmets or newer. A limited number of loaner helmets will be available on-site.
Vehicle: If your car has not previously been "safety/classing" inspected this 2024 season, it will require inspection for safety & classification early on the morning of the event.
If you are driving a Kart, please contact us before you register. Notification is required due to new rule changes and event requirements.
Passengers: One passenger allowed per vehicle (no rear seat passengers allowed). Passengers must sign the current SCCA waiver and follow all safety requirements
Minors: Drivers & passengers under age 18 must have a "national SCCA" approved annual waiver obtained prior to the event
Spectators: Allowed, at no cost. All adult spectators must sign the SCCA Waiver at the Check-in table. Minors must have a parental waiver signed by both parents.
Lunch: Time will be allowed for a brief lunch.
Toilets: Restrooms available on-site.

Please run any errands (fuel, breakfast, cash, etc.) BEFORE you come to the event.
Please note: All Minors either driving or riding at the event - Approval of a "Minor Waiver" must be obtained from SCCA prior to the event. The process for getting the waiver from SCCA is found at the following links:

As a reminder, when you arrive, please promptly proceed to the check-in table located near the trailer. Please check yourself in and sign the release waiver and get a wristband. You need to pay your entry fees at that time if you didn't pay online.
Track Walk: Plan to walk the track before the mandatory drivers meeting. We will announce when the track is open to walk.
Work Assignments: All competitors (18 & over) are required to perform work assignments when they're not running. If you have a special circumstance that prevents working on the track, such as a disability, please let us know at check-in. We will attempt to assign a work duty off-track.
