Each year, drivers race in events across the country to qualify for one last, winner-take-all event -the SCCA National Championship Runoffs. Some of the most famous American racers have won at the Runoffs, including Bobby Rahal, Boris Said, Paul Newman, Scott Sharp and Skip Barber. There is a strong possibility that the next great American racing driver may be racing at the Runoffs this year.
The SCCA National Championship Runoffs visits VIRginia International Raceway for the 56th running. The amateur National Championship event will crown champions in 28 separate classes using the 3.27 mile track. VIR first opened in 1957 as one of the country’s first permanent road racing circuits and SCCA sanctioned that very first race.
Before you start, check your SCCA - National - Runoffs MSR Account profile and make sure that your member number and expiration are up-to-date and matches your current SCCA member information.
Also verify that your vehicle information is correct, click the edit button (next to your vehicle) to make sure you have filled in these fields:
- transponder number
- log book number
- engine displacement
- official weight and weight modifier fields
- official color (choose up to 3)
Sign up to receive text messages during the event! Choose a group(s) from the list below and send RUNOFFS-{Group Name} i.e. RUNOFFS-worker or RUNOFFS-SM to the short code 21000.
To receive general event information messages, text RUNOFFS to 21000.

Before you start, check your SCCA - National - Runoffs MSR Account profile and make sure that your member number and expiration are up-to-date and matches your current SCCA member information.

You may register for the 2019 Runoffs before you've completed your qualification requirements. If you don't meet the eligibility criteria, your entry will be canceled and refunded.

VALID MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED!
Your MotorsportReg.com profile must match exactly what is on your SCCA membership card in order to register successfully. Your name and member number must not use abbreviations or nicknames. Bob is not the same as Robert and will not verify. Please check your MSR profile for the "SCCA - National - Runoffs" account and verify the information is correct.
