CWI-PCA Trip to Door County | Sept 20-22, 2024
The CWI-PCA Trip to Door County will begin in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts in Sun Prairie, WI on Friday morning, Sept 20. We will drive north-east to our first stop, The Automobile Gallery & Event Center in Green Bay where we will take a tour of more than 100 years of automotive history artfully displayed in the uniquely renovated facility.
Leaving The Auto Gallery, we will take a short drive down the road for lunch before embarking on the final leg of the drive which will take us to our lodging destination, The Landmark Resort in Egg Harbor.
Friday evening will be a casual, yet fun and entertaining night around the campfire as we share stories, laughter and general Porsche camaraderie under the twinkling stars and serenity of the unforgettable Door County landscape.
Saturday morning, we will take a leisurely drive around The Door and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, which is even more spectacular when experienced behind the wheel (or riding shotgun) of a Porsche! After returning from our morning excursion, we will hop aboard one of the famous Door County Trolleys for a Wine, Spirits, & Brew Tour where we will experience some of the best local Door County flavors (non-alcoholic options available!) as well as a delicious lunch, and a special dessert.
Upon returning to The Landmark mid-afternoon, we will have a little down time to relax and unwind before we continue our fun with a social hour and buffet-style dinner at the Carrington Restaurant which is conveniently located on property at the Landmark Resort and is within walking distance to all the guest rooms.
Sunday morning you and your guest will be on your own and are free to do your own exploring before heading back home. There will not be a driver-led route back; take as much time as you’d like to enjoy the sights, food, shopping and other experiences Door County has to offer.
Due to capacity restrictions on the trolley, we are limiting the number of trip participants to 32 people. Cost is $200/per person and includes the Auto gallery tour, campfire rental, Trolley tour (drinks, lunch, dessert and entertainment), and a buffet-style dinner.
There is a block of (16) rooms reserved for us at The Landmark Resort (920.868.3205). Further details will be provided to all registered trip participants a minimum of two weeks prior to the trip date.
This event is open to current active PCA members and one guest.
Registration is first-come first-serve and will close at midnight on 8/15/24.
