SCHEDULE
1:30pm-2:30pm TrackSprint Tech and Registration
2:30pm TrackSprint Drivers Meeting
2:50pm Moving cars to Grid
3:00pm-5:00pm TrackSprint Competition Driving
IMPORTANT: All participants must check in prior to the close of registration. Registration closes at 2:30 PM, and check-in after that time may not be allowed. Late check-in will always result in a late fee.
Lunch will not be provided. Water is available for free.

Directions from I-95: Take exit 261 (International Speedway Blvd) and head East on International Speedway Blvd. After passing the Home Depot take the first right onto S Williamson Blvd. Gate 40 will be on your left shortly after making the turn. After signing waivers and checking in you will proceed through the tunnel and follow that road past the lake to the other end of the speedway where the kart track is.
What to Bring:
- Valid Driver's License (or permit)

- Minors (under 18), bring a completed minor waiver, see details below
- WATER (it can get hot!)
- Completed TrackSprint Tech Inspection sheet (if applicable)
- TrackSprint requires long pants and long-sleeve shirts
Registration and Payment Policy:
To keep our prices as low as we can, and to improve the starting time for our events, we require pre-registration and pre-payment for all Drivers at all Events
With Motorsport Reg your credit card will be authorized at the time of registration but will only be charged after the event has completed. If you cancel your registration by closure of registration on MotorSportsReg.com, (7:00 PM the Thursday before the event), your credit card will not be charged for the event. If you cancel after that time, or if you do not show up on the morning of the event, your credit card will be charged a fee of $10.
MINOR POLICY (under 18 years old)
- Minor - Competitors and/or Passengers Only - must have a properly executed SCCA Minor Waiver.
- SCCA has streamlined the Minor Waiver process by offering digital creation of the Minor Waiver. Detail instructions can be found here: Digital Annual Waiver Instructions.pdf (connectsites.net)
- Minor passengers must be 12 years or older, or 57” or taller.
- SCCA Minor Waiver is required.
- Membership is required (can be a “Trial Membership” which is free for passengers).
Fees:
- $50 Entry Fee
- $15 SCCA Weekend Membership fee for non SCCA Members (only one weekend membership fee will be charged for participants in both TrackSprint and autocross)
- $10 Late Fee if you check in after the close of check in on the day of the event
- $10 Fee per event will be charged if you cancel after the close of registration or do not show on the day of the event

SUPPLEMENTAL RULES AND ONLINE DRIVERS’ MEETING
GENERAL
- CHECK-IN WITH REGISTRATION: DO THIS AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE AT THE SITE! Even though you are pre-registered, you must still check-in on the morning of each day of the event. Registration will be open by 8:00 AM at the latest; usually earlier.
- RAIN OR SHINE?:
- TrackSprint events occur whether it’s raining or shining.
- TrackSprint events will be suspended while lightning is in the immediate area, at which time participants and guests should shelter in a car or nearby building.
- Extreme weather conditions may cause an event to be suspended or sometimes canceled, depending on the expected duration.
- If an event is canceled, and you have not made any competition runs, you will not be charged an event fee. Unfortunately, if you have made any competition runs, we must still charge an event fee.
SCHEDULE INFORMATION
- Arrive early enough such that you can Check-In with the Registrar and get your car Tech Inspected in time.
- Depending on several factors, the registrar may or may not allow registration or check-in after registration is closed. If the registrar allows late registration/check-in, a $10 late fee will be imposed.

PERMITTED VEHICLES
- All vehicles must pass technical inspection which includes but is not limited to:
- Tires are not damaged and do not show cord.
- Wheels are secure with all lug nuts present and properly torqued.
- Battery is secure.
- Body panels are secure.
- Brakes work with firm pedal.
- No loose items are present in the car.
CLASSES
- This event will run using the standard SCCA Time Trial Classing. For more information see the SCCA Time Trials website.
Helmets
- All drivers must wear a SNELL 2010/2015/2020 (M or SA) approved helmet. Other European standards are also accepted. See 2022 SCCA® National Time Trial Rules.
- Loaner helmets are available but depending on usage may not be properly sanitized from COVID. If this is a concern please bring your own helmet or arrange with us in advance.
Payment Policy
- With our move to MotorsportReg.com for registration, we will authorize your credit card at the time of registration, but we will only charge your card after the event has completed.
- f you cancel your registration prior to registration cutoff on Motorsportsreg.com, (7:00 PM two days prior to the event), you will not be charged.
- If you cancel after that time, or do not show up for the event, you will be charged a fee of $10.
