The California Central Coast Region Porsche Club will hold a Driver's Education event for PCA members and non-PCA members on June 30th, 2025 at the historic Laguna Seca Raceway. This is a 92DB sound limit event.

We will have four run group sessions, beginner, novice, intermediate and expert. All sessions will be point by passing.
Drivers must have four days track experience or be signed off by a PCA certified instructor to drive solo. If you have questions concerning your eligibility, please email Bob Bruington at Aircooled911sc@gmail.com

All cars are required to have a full tech inspection prior to arriveing at Laguna Seca facilites. Our new Tech form is here: PCA Driver’s Ed Tech Inspection Form - 2025-NationalDE-TechInspectionForm-120DAYS.pdf This is a new Tech Form which is valid for 120 days,and a 24 hour Safety Tech. The 24 hour Safety Tech to be performed at the track by CCCR Tech Inspectors. Please print the form on two sides, bring both with you to the track. New PCA Rules allow Instructors to self tech if capable and qualified. All other participants must have "Auto based Business" tech your car. If you are near San Luis Obispo, we offer a free tech inspection at The Stable Porsche Repair. 750 Francis St., San Luis Obispo, CA., on a date to be named later. Please have full tech completed prior to attending the event! We do not supply the full tech at the track.

All participants must sign both insurance waivers, PCA and Laguna Seca, at the gate prior to entry.

The gates will be open at 6:30am. Sign the PCA and Laguna Seca waivers. Park your car in the paddock, pick up your registration packet at the CCCR registration desk. Place your Tech form and 24 hour safety tech form on your windshield, prepare your car for the 24 hr safety check, numbers on, loose objects removed, helmets available. We will come to your car. Safety check must be completed before 8:00am, if you are late, your car will be teched after the Drivers Meeting, you could lose track time. You will receive a green dot to be placed on your windshield. You will not be allowed on the track without the green dot
Starting 1/1/19 PCA has required a head and neck restraint devise for any car with 5 or 6 point harness systems. Instructors please note, if you have a passenger in your car, he or she, must have equal restraints to yours including head and neck restraints.
