BMW CCA Hospitality Event & Car Corral for IMSA at

Race Day Information

• Date: Sunday, September 17th, 2023
• Time: 8 am to 4 pm
• Location: Pavilion Bay 1 Indianapolis Motor Speedway Pagoda Plaza, 4671 W 16th St Indianapolis, IN 46222
• Car Corral Parking: N Lot, Infield (IMS security will guide you to the car corral)
• Suggested Entry Gate: Gate 2 (16th Street), heading West to turn right into the tunnel (IMS will not allow cars heading East to turn left into the tunnel)

BMW CCA Hospitality Center Tickets and Parking/Car Corral Credentials

• The BMW CCA Hospitality Center will be in Pavilion Bay 1 at IMS Pagoda Plaza.  Tickets will only be provided digitally and sent to your email via IMS's website.  We will use the email you registered on MotorsportReg to send your digital BMW Hospitality tickets.  You must sign in to IMS's website to accept and download the tickets; we suggest you either download them to your phone or print them out at home.
  • Each Invitee must have a hospitality ticket (supplied digitally by IMS) and wear an IMS-issued wristband to gain entry to the BMW CCA Hospitality Center.  Wristbands will be distributed to attendees at the car corral check-in station when they arrive.
• Parking credentials for the BMW CCA Car Corral will be sent by USPS mail or distributed in person if registering after September 12th.  
  • The last day for mailing parking credentials will be Tuesday, September 12th; if you have registered after the September 12th deadline, you will need to coordinate with Mark Arnold (Buckeye Chapter) or Scot Couturier (Hoosier Chapter) to claim your Sunday N Lot Parking Credential.
    • Hoosier BMW Chapter will have a 'credential pick-up' social event next week before the race:
      • 5 to 8 pm, Thursday, September 14th, 2023 | Bier Brewery & Tap Room on 65th Street (Scot Couturier hosting with corral credentials onsite)
      • 4 to 8 pm, Friday, September 15th, 2023 | Indianapolis Motor Speedway (Scot will be at the track on Friday with car corral credentials)
      • 8 am to 4 pm, Saturday, September 16th, 2023 | Indianapolis Motor Speedway (Scot and Mark will be at the track on Saturday with car corral credentials)
• IMS BMW CCA Car Corral Parking Credentials will be required to enter the track on Sunday, September 17.  Gates will open for ticket holders at 8 a.m. EST.  The BMW CCA Car Corral will be located in the N Lot off Hulman Boulevard (inside IMS). 
  • To get to N Lot, enter the facility through Gate 2 off of 16th Street, take a left on 4th Street which merges into Hulman Boulevard. Follow Hulman Blvd north along the track's backstretch, and take a left on 6th Street and then a slight right onto New Meyers Drive until you reach the BMW Car Corral check-in at N Lot (there will be BMW feather flags indicating the BMW Corral).  A map of the car corral and BMW CCA Hospitality Center is below:

• 9:30 am - 10:00 pm: Raffle for BMW giveaways (including IMSA Hot Lap Experience rides!) in Pavilion Bay 1, Pagoda Plaza
• 10:00 am - 10:30 am: Team RLL Meet and Greet (meeting location TBD)
• 10:30 am - 11:00 am: Autograph Session - WeatherTech Championship - at Team Transporters in the Paddock
• 11:00 am - 12:30 pm: Jug's Catered Lunch in Pavilion Bay 1, Pagoda Plaza
• 11:45 am - 1:00 pm: IMSA Hot Lap Experience (for our raffle winners!)
• 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm: WeatherTech Championship - Open Grid / Fan Walk
• 1:00 pm - 1:10 pm: WeatherTech Championship - Formation Laps
• 1:10 pm - 3:50: pm Race - Tire Rack.com Battle On The Bricks for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship
• 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Mid Race Snack Pavilion Bay 1, Pagoda Plaza

*Due to an overly condensed schedule, we will do the Turner Motorsports and Paul Miller Meet-and-Greet on Saturday, September 16th. If you want to attend, you can purchase tickets here: https://www.indianapolismotorspeedway.com/events/imsa/buy-tickets/tickets-gate-admission.  If you plan to be at the track on Friday/Saturday, you must park in the designated IMS parking lots; N Lot car corral is on Sunday only.  North 40 Lot is free to park during race weekend.

Watching The Race

• Your BMW CCA Hospitality Center ticket allows you to watch the Sunday races from anywhere that General Admission tickets are permitted, almost everywhere!  Below, we have highlighted some great spots to watch the track action relative to the car corral and hospitality center.  There will also be an IMS CCTV in Pavilion Bay 1 so that no action is missed while enjoying the hospitality center.
  
   

IMS Carry-In Policy

• Indianapolis Motor Speedway's Gate Policy applies to the 2023 BMW CCA Hospitality Center and Car Corral for IMSA Battle on the Bricks.  Please find the IMS gate policy here: https://www.indianapolismotorspeedway.com/gate-regulations.  Attendees are encouraged to pack a regulation-size cooler with their favorite beverages for taking with them around the track while watching the race.  If you plan to watch the race from the viewing mounds, having a camp chair and/or a blanket is also highly suggested.
• No outside food or beverages shall be brought into the BMW CCA Hospitality Center in Pagoda Plaza.  This includes coolers, carry-in food, and beverages (i.e., water, soft drinks, beer, and wine) that are otherwise permitted in and around IMS facilities and viewing areas.  All food and beverages in IMS Premium Spaces and Facilities must be obtained through IMS catering services, which the BMW CCA hosting chapters have coordinated for our attending members.
• Since no alcohol will be served in the BMW CCA Hospitality Center, alcohol may be purchased from IMS vendors around Pagoda Plaza and brought back into the BMW CCA Hospitality Center.  Again, no personal beverages carried in by CCA attendees may be brought into the BMW CCA suite, but beverages purchased from any IMS vendor may be brought in.
• *There will also be a refreshment station and pop-up tent for members to grab water and other beverages when coming to and from the car corral.  We suggest keeping your cooler and chairs at the car corral until you are ready to go set up for watching the race.

We appreciate everyone's commitment to be awesome race fans and gracious guests to keep BMW CCA in good standing with IMS and its facility partners so that we may continue to host events like these in the coming years.  We hope this is the first year of many back at the Brickyard!
