Welcome to the First Annual BMW CCA Corral Hospitality Party
Thank you again for all your support. Each year, we strive to make this an unforgettable experience for all BMW CCA members, and this year is no different. This is the largest corral gathering we've ever had for this event, with over 125 cars and more than 250 participants. With such a large turnout, we decided to bring everyone together on Friday evening for a special Meet and Greet with the BMW teams to wish them luck and show our support for this event.
Friday Event Schedule
BMW CCA Petit Parade Laps: (Limited to 100 Cars)
These times are tentative and subject to change
- Driver Meeting: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Staging: 4:25 PM - 4:50 PM
- Parade Laps: 4:55 PM - 5:10 PM
Driver Meet and Greet:
- Scheduled: 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM * This is contingent on drivers schedules and could change.
Charity Auction and Raffle:
- Scheduled: 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM
- Austin Hatcher Foundation: Bill Patterson Original Painting

Dinner:
The Little Nauti food truck will be serving during the meet & greet with the drivers at the Petit Le Mans race.

Menu: All entrées will be served with a side of fries or crispy, honey-drizzled Brussels sprouts.

Hospitality tickets include all taxes and tips for all food and beverages.
Movie: Adrenalin - The BMW Touring Car Story
The movie will be shown outside on our 300" screen, weather permitting, next to the corral tent.
