Race 1 - Kartplex, Oliver, BC. April 11th-13th. Layout: Medium Forward.
Race 2 - Cariboo Kart Racers, Quesnel, BC. June 20th-22nd. Layout TBD.
Race 3 - West Coast Kart Club, Chilliwack, BC. July 18th-20th. Clockwise layout.
Race 4 - Vancouver Island Karting Association, Duncan, BC. September 5th-7th. Long Track, Clockwise Layout.
We run rain or shine. Series organizers reserve the right to cancel an event at any time due to prevailing ice or snow.
We will be running the BC Regional Rules based off of WCKC Rules.
Maximum 34 karts per run group - track officials will adjust as necessary.
A minimum of 12 entries in a class is required to provide said class with it's own run group.
Series officials reserve the right to request proof of birth date at any time during an event.
Documents accepted: Passport, Birth Certificate, BCID or Care Card.
Thursday (Unofficial Practice)
Additional practice time provided to drivers. An additional fee will be charged. Gates open at 8am. Practice begins at 9am. A lunch break will commence at 12:00 and conclude at 1:00. Gates close at 6:00.
Please be aware, move in & setup will be ongoing throughout the day.
Friday
Full day practice provides practice time. Gates open at 8am. A lunch break will commence at 12:30 and conclude at 1:30. Gates close at 6:30.
Expect a forthcoming parking map, unloading trailers and pit area setup should be done on this day if feasible.
Saturday & Sunday
One warmup session per run group on each day, please practice Friday.
Kid Kart warmup will function as a qualifying session at 8:30am
Submit tech forms to Pit Boss during qualifying lineup; missing forms lead to disqualification.
Verify transponders on practice list before qualifying.
Ensure push-down bumpers are unclipped at grid before all official sessions.
Trophies will be awarded based on the finishing results of the Final session on Sunday
Weekend Tentative Schedule
Final schedule and race lengths will be announced once registration has been completed.
Transponder numbers are required for all karts. You must provide the number during registration. If you do not own a transponder, you may rent one for $40 for the entire weekend. Please preregister for a transponder by entering 'RENTAL' in the transponder number field during registration. We have a limited number of transponders available and they will be rented out in the order you register via motorsportreg. Failure to have your transponder number registered to your kart will result in no practice times being posted.
Your payment method will NOT be charged until the race weekend.
Total Fees in CAD$:
$309.75 - Weekend Primary Entry
$52.50 - Additional Class for Primary Entry
$157.50 - Family Entry
The family entry is the rate for the third or greater driver in one household.
No refunds are given on driver/crew/member cancellation.
Event requirements
All Race Day Kart Entries MUST be completed in MotorsportReg.com. NO LATE PAPER ENTRIES will be accepted.

- If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
- Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
- Please use proper capitalization for all of your information as it will appear on the race results. This includes vehicle information.
- Review kart making sure to enter your preferred kart number verify your transponder number is correct.
- Return to this page, enter the event and pay online.
All entries on MotorSportReg require a credit card to complete the registration process, and payment will be processed once online registration closes. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the Registrar to make other arrangements.

You will receive an email confirmation of your entry automatically from the MotorsportReg.com system.
Some classes will be combined due to time constraints or limited entries. The race director reserves the right to move any driver from one class to another.
We run rain or shine. Rain tires are allowed.

When you arrive at the track please check in at registration in the ATCO to sign waivers, please verify your tech form is complete.
