Audi Treffen 2024, hosted by Audi Club Carolinas and brought to you by Audi Greenville, Audi Northlake, and Everything Euro, will take place November 8-10, 2024 at Switzerland Inn in Little Switzerland, NC. Come join us as we once again explore beautiful Western Carolina mountain roads. This driving event is for paid and active members of Audi Club North America Only. This year’s event is limited to 70 cars (there will be a wait list), so complete your reservations as soon as possible to assure your spot. Call the Switzerland Inn for your reservations at 828-385-4500 and mention the Audi Club for your discounted rate before 10/7/24. The hotel has no cancelation penalty if the room is canceled at least 10 days before check in.
Drives will kick off Friday late morning November 8th from Switzerland Inn for the early birds, with a larger group activity later in the afternoon. Check-in for the hotel is at 4:00pm, please let them know if you are early so they can try to accommodate. The hotel is blocked off all weekend for only Audi Club Members, so let’s fill it up and make this a great event! Please call to reserve your room for check-in on 8th and check-out on 10th. Parking and staging drive groups can be tricky for this location. Once drive groups are assigned, those drive groups will be color-coded to park together. This information will be provided before arrival, so you can park in your staged group. Don’t forget your two-way radios for the weekend. Electronic schedules and details will be provided later via contact email on registration. Please print your own copy if you desire a paper version, we will have limited copies for volunteers.

Drive groups will be broken up based on several factors, such as prior club driving events attendance, driving style preference, and driving experience. We want everyone to be safe and respectful of other drivers, vehicles, and the rules of the road. If you aren’t comfortable with the driving pace or unable to handle the driving route please speak up to your Lead/Tail team. We will direct people to return to the Hotel or have individual free time if you aren’t comfortable driving at the group's pace or have sick passengers.
Saturday will consist mainly of several hours of driving with a quick stop to stretch legs and restroom needs along with a planned lunch spot. We are striving to have Saturday Lunch spots be a place to meet with another drive group or two and mingle while enjoying your meal depending on the route selections. If you are open to an activity stop, we are focusing on free/low cost options at local historical spots or nature-centered, like a park/waterfall. Lets embrace our Western region and all it has to offer.
There will be a Beer Swap at the Hotel at 4:30pm on Saturday for all groups to attend at your leisure. Please bring a 6-pack or more of your favorite Brew to trade off individual bottles/cans. Not a Beer drinker? That's ok! Feel free to bring another spirit.
Dinner each night will kick off with the cash bar opening around 6:00pm and meal at 7:00pm, any changes will be communicated. Please let us know of any Special Dietary Needs.
Sunday will consist of group drives to our final full-group luncheon at the Lake Lure Inn & Spa.
Saturday registration options:
We have 3 Driving Paces: Scenic, Sporty and Spirited. Please select your normal drive style. *Spirited is for only approved past attendees.
Driving Group Options:
1) Drive with Group Activity and a stop for lunch
2) Driving-Only Focused with stop for gas and lunch only
3) Morning Drive Only- lunch on your own and afternoon Free-Time
4) No Drive Group assigned (Free-Time Only)
Free-Time: You do your own thing and we will see you at the Beer Swap and/or Dinner.
Cost to register is $185 per adult, Children 13 to 6 are $75, Children 5 and under are $25. Registration includes Friday Evening Dinner, Saturday Evening Banquet Dinner, Sunday Brunch/Luncheon, Event Swag bags and sponsor giveaways. Plus, we will have our wonderful silent auction items to bid on, so be prepared to outbid your friends! We are billing for registration at time of registration.
Our charity this year will be the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation.
*Radios: Please bring your own GMRS radio with 'privacy channels' or 'sub channels'. We use channel 17. Make sure that your radio is charged and you know how to set the channels and privacy channels. If you have a problem, let one of us know so we can help set your radio before we start our drive.
