ACNW QuattroCross '19

Evergreen Speedway

About this event

QuattroCross 2019 -  Sunday June 23rd at The Evergreen Speedway in Monroe WA

Have you ever wondered what an autorcross on a banked oval raceway might be like?! Well look no further! QuattroCross 2019 is your chance to answer that question, many many times. For the sixth year, ACNW is hosting this all-day autocross event where you'll challenge yourself and your car on a course that includes the banked turns of Evergreen Speedway along with portions of the facilities' figure-8 course! Only 50 cars will be able to participate in this day of autocross fun which guarantees LOTS of runs and maximum fun! Lunch is included in your registration.

While we are the Audi club, we don't require Audi-brand cars!

Is this all new to you and you're not sure what autocross is? Autocross is a wonderful way to learn car control and enjoy operating your car near its limits. This form of motorsport places strong emphasis on car handling and driver skill rather than high speeds or horsepower. Autocross is not a high speed event, so wear and tear on your car is not as much of an issue as it can be with our lapping events. The course is made up of cones used to mark various turns and bends that are spaced at varying distances from the last. Drivers are timed one at a time from a standing start through the exit of the course, typically around one minute long. The timing equipment permits more than one car to be underway, so the groups cycle quickly and you spend less time waiting and more time driving!

Most people that attend an autocross for the first time have never attempted anything like it. Many of them come back again and again because it's just so much fun. An autocross experience is good for driver skill development and allows you to learn about how you and your car work together for a safer experience in your everyday driving on the streets and freeways.

If you've not been to an Audi Club event before, this event is a great introduction. With this event occurring so close to Seattle and the surrounding cities, it's a great chance to come out and meet the Club regulars along side the first timers. Feel free to invite friends and co-workers to this event. Admission is free to the facility, but everyone must sign the waiver when entering. You may be able to arrange rides with one of our Instructors to experience first hand what an autocross day is all about.

Audi Club North America membership is not required to participant at this event.

Due to the speed of this event (50mph or less) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs, SAVs), trucks and other high-center vehicles (CUVs) are permitted only as defined in section 2.13.1 of the 2018 Audi Club North America Driving School and Event Guidelines. Additionally, convertibles are permitted as well. Email the Event Master for clarification if you are unsure about whether your vehicle qualifies or if you have any other questions.

Event requirements

Everyone must sign the Release and Waiver for Audi Club Northwest’s insurance coverage when coming onto the facility. This requirement includes drivers, instructors, teens, guests and visitors. Parents must also sign a Teen Waiver on behalf of participating teens. No exceptions. Please contact the Event Master prior to the event with any questions.

  • NOTE: For QuattroCross 2019, you are NOT required to secure 2 signatures on the Safety Inspection Form.
