About this event
The 50th Annual Midwest Invitational at Road America is Thursday July 3rd - Sunday July 6th. Our Annual NWSC Event is held at the world famous Road America track which consists of a four-day open track event.
Once again we will be offering "FREE" camping to all of our NWSC club members. This includes electrical hookups as well. There are a limited number of camping spots available with electrical hookups and they will be offered on a "First come First serve" basis. So bring the family and enjoy the 4th of July weekend with NWSC at the "National Park of Speed".
Club Membership is required to drive in the event, this includes co-drivers. If you are going to drive a car on track you must be a club member and be 18 years old or older. See link to renew or become a new member.
The TECH form must be completed in order to register for an event. This is a one time process. If you do 1 event or multiple events you only need to complete the TECH form once per year.
Road America requires car numbers must be unique. (NO Exceptions!) Car numbers are issued on a first come first serve basis. If you want a certain number on your car for the event, register early to make sure you get the number you want.
Thursday July 3rd is a true open track event, run as much as you want. Thursday is for Advanced Drivers only.
Cost is $900 if you run on Thursday only.
Cost for Thursday + Two Extra days is $1100
Cost for Thursday + Three Extra days is $1300
Cost (Friday/Saturday/Sunday): $345 Single Day / $600 Two Days / $870 Three Days.
A late fee of $75 will be added to all registrations received after June 15th 2025
Event is open to ALL Car Makes.
All drivers and passengers must be 18 years old or older in order to participate.

Driver Experience Levels: (Advanced Drivers Only in Group 1) / General Group Placement Guidelines: Our groups are based on driver experience, car capability, speed, and how hard you want to drive your car.
A = Advanced: 25+ Days of Open Track, (HPDE), Experience (Groups 1,2,3,4,5)
I = Intermediate: 8-24 Days of Open Track, (HPDE), Experience (Groups 2,3,4,5)
B = Beginner: 1-7 Days of Open Track, (HPDE), Experience. (Group 4,5).
N = Newbie: No Track Experience. Instructor Required, or experienced members just wanting to drive less aggressive with no instructor required. (Depending on the number of entries that we have for Group 5 they will more than likely run with Group 4, just with a Group 5 designation)

All helmets for drivers and passengers must have a SNELL SA2015 rating, or better rating. The following ratings are approved; SA2015 and SA2020. Snell M rated helmets OF ANY YEAR WILL NOT be accepted.

A late fee of $75 will be added to all registrations received after June 19th 2025
If onsite (at the track) registration is offered, an additional $100 fee will be charged per event. Note that the registration late fee also applies to onsite registrations.
