Welcome Volunteers to Waterford Hills season 2025!
Come join us at Waterford Hills (Oakland County Sportsmen Club, 4770 Waterford Rd., Clarkston, MI 48346) for an opportunity to reconnect with friends and meet new ones as we start 2025 with two great Open Track Day events.
Both experienced and novice Volunteers are welcome.
- While supporting an OTD is like a regular race weekend, there are the differences which will be explained at the morning meeting.
- Plan to arrive by 9:00am and register at Lena's (brown building at paddock entrance). After registration park by Lena's or drive up into the paddock as you may be driving to station.
- Check in at the base of the tower (near the concession stand) with flag chief (Ron Cech). The morning meeting is at 9:15 am for assignments, announcements and updates.
- Dress for the conditions of the day in layers as needed. White or light colors (no reds). Long leg pants, comfortable closed toed shoes are mandatory.
- Lunches and drinks will be provided each day.
- The event days end no later than 6:00pm.
