Registration Fees:
2-Day Registration - WMC Members - $165, non members $175.
1-Day Registration - WMC Members - $90, non members $100.
We also have the traditional Saturday Chicken & Brisket BBQ Dinner available to add to your registration. (BBQ Dinner is sold out)
Additionally there are the commemorative T-Shirts and Hoodies available to add at registration.
Register by July 21st if you want to have your shirts and hoodies ready for pickup at the event.
The event will be capped at 40 drivers per day. Plus a waitlist, as there are always cancellations.
If you don't already have a MotorsportReg profile, you will create one first and add a car, then register for the event. If you have an MSR profile, please be sure that it has been updated to reflect current driver and car information. If you would like to become a WMC member, here is the link: 2024 WMC Membership
You'll know you're registered if the site takes your money and sends you a confirmation email.
There will be camping allowed at the site. RV's and trailers will be able to park at the intersection of Bible Creek Road and Upper Nestucca River Road, on the west side of Nestucca River Road. A detailed map will be sent out once we have a configuration of the area set up. NOTE: There will be no open fires of any kind and no local potable water supply. There is also an unaffiliated campground approximately 1 mile down the road, but it is first-come, first-serve.
Event requirements
All drivers must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
All drivers must have previous competition driving experience.
You must be a current 2024 member of NHA to register for this event. If you need purchase an NHA membership, use this link nhahillclimb.org and register. Upon registration you will be assigned a membership. PLEASE NOTE: If you register for this event and you are not a current 2024 member of NHA, your registration will be placed on hold until you become a member. If you choose for any reason not to renew your membership, you will not be allowed to run this hill and you will be refunded your money. The registrar will contact the Secretary/Treasurer of NHA to verify your membership.
SAFETY - VEHICLE MUST HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER MOUNTED WITHIN REACH OF THE DRIVER. DRIVER MUST WEAR A HANS DEVICE IF RUNNING IN A CLASS THAT ALLOWS TIRES WITH TREADWEAR LESS THAN 200, EVEN IF NOT USED ON THE CAR. Car classification includes SCCA Solo and Race classes plus Northwest Hillclimb Association special classes, for GCR (General Competition Rules), SOVREN, and NHA.
