The Awards Ceremony will held on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, from 11 am until 5 pm

Suggested attire is polished yet relaxed.
Racers, Sponsors, Families, Friends and Fans are all invited and welcome to attend!
There will be a cash bar.
Buffet Menu Includes:
- Chicken Wings: Buffalo; Spicy Carolina; Honey BBQ; Jamaican Jerk (dry rub); Lemon pepper (dry rub)
- with Carrots, Celery, Ranch and Blue Cheese
- NY Style Pizza: Cheese; Pepperoni; Combo; Carnivore ("meat lovers")
- Garlic Knots with Marinara sauce
- Salad bar (House Salad)
- Dressings: Ranch; Blue Cheese; Balsamic
- Non-Alcoholic beverages are also included
Anything else from their menu is available for you to purchase.
As most of our members know, and as many other clubs worldwide have also experienced, 2024 was financially challenging. We are having the award ceremony to celebrate our season champions and our club, at a great, lower key venue, where we encourage all racers to intermingle with their competitors. Ticket prices have been set at $75 per person to help offset the cost of this event and the awards. This year we are also accepting donations to assist with the costs associated with the awards banquet. All donations, whether big or small, are greatly appreciated!
