HooptieX Mayhem in the Mitten 2024 - Saturday July 20th 9am to 6:30pm.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE RACING read on...

RACE LOCATION: ROUCH WORLD OFF ROAD PARK located HERE

$85 ALL DAY RACE PASS. Run as many laps as you can. Show up anytime and race, no set grid. Limited entry (60 racers/day)

REMEMBER: THIS EVENT IS MEANT TO BE FUN AND STUPID. We do keep time and give points but don't take it too seriously.

GATE FEE: All racers, volunteers, spectators is $10 paid art entry to venue. 

Camping available on-site for $40 (PAID ON SITE AT ENTRY). First come first serve on spots. This fee also gets you access to all trails on property including a night ride Saturday night until midnight. 

Food vendors on site!  

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER, YOU MUST SIGN UP AT volunteersignup.org/T9J9W VOLUNTEERS RACE FOR $40 on their shift day. If you sign up as an OFFICIAL REGISTERED VOLUNTEER, and you are planning to race during your shift day, you must also register here to race. Make sure to choose "Saturday Volunteer Racer" on next page for your half price discount. YOU MUST SIGN UP AS A VOLUNTEER FIRST BEFORE CHOOSING THIS OPTION

TIRES: Factory tire studs are ALLOWED. Homemade spikes or studs are NOT allowed. All other tires types are allowed EXCEPT "donut" style spare tires.

WAIVERS: IMPORTANT!! Our waivers ARE NOW ONLINE WAIVERS. There will be a link on the following page. It will ALSO be emailed to you in the confirmation email. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RACE WITHOUT SIGNED WAIVERS. 

ANY AND ALL UPDATED INFORMATION, MAPS OR EVENT CHANGES WILL BE EMAILED TO ALL PARTICIPANTS/VOLUNTEERS
