Classroom session is on Thursday evening 6-8:30pm, held at RMM     *Attendance is mandatory

On track practicum will be the next day (Friday) at the 3.6km roadcourse at Rocky Mountain Motorsports

                  **Race Licence can not be granted without attendance to both the Classroom AND the on track practicum

 

Topics we will be covering:

Track etiquette/Rules of the track

Bike preparation and requirements

Body position

Visual management and racing lines

Throttle application and control

Braking techniques

Passing strategies and execution

Gridding procedures and race starts

Event requirements

Our school is open to anyone that wishes to improve their riding abilities, BUT we do have some minimum requirements for you and your machine...

 

RMM requirements:

    - THERE IS A 95db SOUND LIMIT FOR ALL VEHICLES ON TRACK AT THIS FACILITY
                (if your vehicle is louder than 95db, you will be asked to try and make it quieter) 

    - AN RMM GPS Transponder is required on all vehicles that circulate the track.
            (Transponder will be given out at the main gate as you enter)

*Please note - if you intend on racing with us for Round 1 (Saturday, August 2nd) and/or Round 2  (Sunday, August 4th), you will need your bike prep'd for racing.
