About this event
When you purchase your annual membership with the Edmonton Motorcycle Roadracing Association, you are supporting a not for profit organization that will continue to promote motorcycle track riding and safety. The membership fee will contribute towards the purchase of new impact barriers and other items to create a safe riding experience. The EMRA runs evening motorcycle Track Attack events at Rad Torque Raceway and Stratotech Park, as well as the EMRA race school and race weekends.
Event requirements
On the next screen, you can purchase your Annual EMRA membership and Annual Race License .
To race with the EMRA, you must have a current annual EMRA membership AND pay your annual race license fee, according to the class you will be entering at the start of the season (novice, intermediate or expert). You must already possess a race license from either the EMRA or another equivalent club. Please contact us if you have not previously raced with the EMRA and haven't taken our race school, or if you hold a current membership and license with a different race club.
***RACE SCHOOL STUDENTS*** If you have registered for the EMRA race school, DO NOT purchase an EMRA membership, it is included in your race school fees and will be processed by the registrar after your race school registration is confirmed.
If you raced as a Novice last year and were NOT promoted to Intermediate by the end of the race season, you MUST register for a novice race license for this year. You may request a promotion to Intermediate after the first race round this year.
If you are riding only at Track Attack events, and NOT racing - you will only need to purchase the annual EMRA Membership. Leave the license and air fence check boxes blank, or select the "clear all" button if mistakenly selected.
Race numbers can be reserved when you purchase your race license. All returning members from the previous season will have their numbers reserved until the completion of the first race round - after which unregistered race numbers will be released.
